très bien
un peu bruyant le soir parfois la musique jusqu'Ă tard
It was a very nice place. But it just seemed very quiet.. we were hoping for people to be in the pool. Maybe the layout was a little awkward or maybe just because it was quiet that made it awkward. But the breakfast area was good and the place was clean and people were lovely
All the staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. Rani was a standout, always cheerful and very attentive.
The beds were a bit firmer than we prefer but that comes down to personal taste, so not a major issue.
Great location; friendly staff; comfortable rooms.
The music around the pool is too loud or unnecessary.
Pool area was great! Very close to busy Petitenget area, but super quiet once inside the grounds. Felt safe as solo traveller. Rooms large, shower good, bed OK.
Sewerage smell in bathroom.
Buffet breakfast basic and not very nice. Restaurant expensive for not good quality.
Bed pretty hard. I asked for my room to be serviced as I was sick, but they just remade bed and didn’t change the sheets in 5 nights. No pathways on the street outside the hotel. So had to walk on busy and uneven road.
The room was clean , the staff were helpful & smily unfortunately we missed the outdoor cinema
By the end of our stay when we collected our luggage at the reception, I dropped a jog of a plant accidentally and the reception told me to pay around 500 K , when I told them that there is such a price for a small plant 🪴 in Bali they told me 250 K is enough, I was sad and upset with this way of hospitality and how to deal with a guest flying 13 hrs to visit Bali
This place looked promising. The biggest positive was that the staff were friendly and seemed to be trying their best. Unfortunately, there were just too many negatives, so we wouldn’t stay here again.
There was loud construction/DIY work happening on most days – drilling, sawing and banging while they appeared to be fixing up rooms/doing maintenance. The WiFi kept breaking, and the pool bar wasn’t open during low season. We specifically wanted a pool bar, so pretty annoying that nobody informed us it would be closed when we came for a tour before booking.
The noise at night was ridiculous. There was banging on the stairs or walls – we’re not entirely sure what it was – but the hotel wasn’t busy, so it certainly wasn’t from crowds of drunk guests. We were also woken multiple times by talking and shouting around midnight, 3:00am, 6:00am. On a couple occasions, I looked through the peephole and saw staff delivering supplies and chatting loudly, with no regard for sleeping guests, so I’m assuming it was them every time.
Breakfast was blah most days. I specifically requested properly toasted toast for my avo on toast, “cooked/crispy/dark brown”, but it still came out soft and soggy, like it had been toasted for five seconds.
Another issue was that every couple of days our room keys would stop working, meaning we had to go back to reception to have them reset. We were staying on the third floor, which was already a bit of a hike (unless you wanted to use the extremely hot lift), so having to continually walk back down and up again every time the keys died became incredibly frustrating.
We also got sick from eating somewhere else and ended up losing two days of our holiday stuck in bed. Once we recovered, we were excited to enjoy our last few days! After our first day out after being sick, we just wanted to relax in our room and watch a movie in the evening, but the WiFi wasn’t working again. That meant no internet, no TV, and we couldn’t even use the room phone to contact reception or room service because it operated via WiFi. Super frustrating.
Then on our last day, all we wanted to do was relax by the pool.
The staff were exceptional.
The elevator was not very good.
Gym, pool, rooms and staff!
