We loved our stay! The staff are so kind and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so accomodating and lovely. The food is great! The location is good, only a quick scooter ride to everything

Cons:

The wifi was not good. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment and the main bedroom had a huge window on one side and there must be an outside light right outside, it shines in all night and no curtain

A very affordable comfortable stay for solo travellers - clean rooms and exceptional staff 😄
Pros:

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and hospitable. Hendra / Rani / Shirley / maintenance / dining & front desk staff..they were all so lovely & kind :-) The room was very clean and the pillows on the bed were the best I had slept on while travelling in Bali. This is a very affordable place to stay in Seminyak and I would stay again as a solo traveller.

Cons:

Construction work near my room. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony and look at some artwork or maybe a painted design on the concrete block facade that was facing my room. Signage to where the foyer front desk was would also be very helpful.

Great hotel.
Pros:

From the minute we arrived to minute we left everything was perfect. Staff are exceptionaly nice, so friendly and gave us some good ideas of places to visit.
Hotel is tucked away from hustle and bustle, but easy walking to resturants and shops. Or getting a taxi.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back again.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. The day after we arrived, my daughter got sick, and they arranged for a doctor and nurse to come and see her. They also provided her with chicken soup the following day as she hadn’t eaten anything for 2 days.
I had previously visited this hotel many times over the years when it was a previous name. I was so excited to know that it had opened again with a new hotel name.
The buffet breakfast had many options to cater for different nationalities staying there.
Our room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Some upgrades are needed, such as the safe in our room because the numbers were faded and hard to see.
