Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.

A maximum of 1 pet (weight less than 7kg) can be accommodated per apartment ; extra charge is 10€.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning AND CHANGE OF TOWELS is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

L'accueil à la résidence, la grande surface de la terrasse et un appartement aéré. Le calme

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait débuter un peu plus tôt pour accueillir des clients qui travaillent sur des courtes périodes.

Cons:

Un petit coup de peinture sur les ext ça serai bien; les marches d'accès à la chambre et à la terrasse pas terrible si personne agée.

Cons:

Nicht mal Besenrein gewesen.Küchenbenutzung kostet extra in der Wohnung. Laut vor dem Kinderzimmer, da ein Kühlaggregat die ganze Nacht durchläuft. Zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage, die extra 8 Euro pro Nacht kosten würde. Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern. ⁹

L' emplacement est proche du lac.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit, pas confortable.
La pièce de vie n'était pas balayée ainsi que la terrasse..

Location was excellent. Good public parking near the hotel. Friendly staff

Cons:

room was dirty when we checked in. Front desk staff upgraded the room for us. Much more spacious and cleaner although still cleaning can be improved. Wifi did not work reliably
