Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, different policies charges may apply.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of less than 7 kg.

Please note that a maximum of one pet is allowed per apartment.

Convient parfaitement pour un séjour de découverte de la ville
Pros:

Idéalement placé à proximité du lac. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Balcon quasi inutilisable car quasi-enterré en ce qui concerne notre logement : ok pour une nuit.... Chambres un peu sombres. Le code d'accès au parking (payant) devrait être communiqué lors de la réservation pour simplifier l'accès. Rien de grave en tout cas

Cons:

Sa vétusté. La saleté. Des extérieurs, de la chambre. J’ai du faire le ménage en arrivant: poussière, poils et cheveux au sol, toiles d’araignées….

Je ne regrette pas mon séjour mais je ne reviendrais pas
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue sur le lac, le parking.

Cons:

Le manque de propreté général… Que ce soit au petit déjeuner : les tasses sales, couverts, le sol avec des éclats de café des précédents clients…
Mais surtout dans la chambre, il ne faut vraiment pas être trop regardant sur l’hygiène… Les coussins jaunis, la poussière, les taches sur les draps, les joints de la baignoire moisi etc… C’est quand même gênant au vu du prix !
