Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, different policies charges may apply.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of less than 7 kg.

Grosses Appartment in guter Lage-
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat einige ziemlich grosse Appartements mit Wohn-und Schlafzimmer getrennt,edinem Balkon und einer Küchenzeile.Leider gibt es keinen Backofen.Der verfügbare Platz war sehr gut.Die Lage ist nahe der Innenstadt,aber sehr ruhig.Für 8 Euro bekommt man Zugang zu der Tiefgarage.Das Frühstüskc war ganz ok

Cons:

Es ist alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen,aber akkzeptabel.Leider war die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum defekt.

Super Platz zum erholen für müde Motorradfahrer.
Pros:

Super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Garage, Alles was man braucht in der Nähe.

Confort trés basique, l'entretien des appartements laisse à désirer
Cons:

Maintenance des équipements électriques (ampoules grillées, appliques manquantes). Double rideaux qui se désagrège en produisant une poussière blanche, équipements de la cuisine très minimal (nombre de couverts, pas de bols pour le pt-dèj, uniquement des tasses), bouchons de baignoire/lavabos/évier manquants, réfrigérateur pas dégivré depuis longtemps (épaisse couche de glace dans la partie congélateur).

Débordé le pauvre entre les appels et la gestion des clients. Caution de 100euros jamais vu ça même dans des hôtels plus haut standing. L’employé est resté très aimable mais pas aidé
