Tenía un olor extraño

Zero servizi di cortesia, non una bottiglia d'acqua, non capsule per un caffè, no tazzine, no pentole e no padelle, solo due sedie per 4 persone. Solo due rotoli di carta igienica per una permanenza di 5 giorni. Solo l'essenziale nei prodotti di cortesia.

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato il divano letto non preparato per la eppure erano informati che saremmo arrivati di sera.

Freddezza dello staff, pur avendo segnalato i disservizi riscontrati nulla hanno fatto per migliorare la situazione rimanendo impassibili ed indifferenti.

La sensazione è che abbiamo pagato per 4 ricevendo servizi per 2..

Apartamento céntrico y bien comunicado

Quizás que la habitación y el baño de abajo son un poco pequeños

It felt a bit small as no separate rooms apart from.bathroom. No windows so felt a bit enclosed.

This place was a narrow hallway of a-common aria bath room from the Local commercial part of a building converted into a studio and it was provided to us as a one bedroom APT, and Charged us for a one-bedroom apartment.
The listing clearly stated “one bedroom,”with a picture and we were charged accordingly. However, when we arrived in Madrid, Spain, we discovered that the property was a studio, not a one-bedroom apartment as advertised.
host had acknowledge the issue but no proper resolution was provided. It was intentional misleading in order to rent the studio as a one bedroom. Even the confirmation image on the page is a different picture than what was provided to us.
Property conditions were unacceptable we couldn't stay. The space was extremely small, narrow and uncomfortable, impossible to watch TV in such short distance making it difficult to move around. Shower was poorly designed, and water was dripped out.

Excessive street noise, if we had to stay would be impossible to sleep. There was no proper privacy in the bathroom glass area, visibility from common area and elevator into our bathroom, no natural light, opening curtains or windows, would be result of people outside could see directly inside the apartment.
Ants all over the place The kitchen was not equipped — no salt no pepper, basic necessities were also insufficient for the length of 9 day stay only one roll.
The kitchen cabinets had a very strong and unpleasant odor, we were uncomfortable using the studio and its kitchen.
Overall, the property did not match the description, quality, or accommodations that were advertised. We believe we were misled into paying for a property that was different from what was promised in the listing. we decided to leave.

Zeer gehorig. Geluidsisolatie voor buitengeluid niet goed. Daardoor was er met name in de nacht veel lawaai te horen.
