Easy access to apartment, convenient outdoor seating area, all essential items needed for overnight stays were provided .

Cons:

We booked the smallest suite as it was cheaper for us, so this was quite compact, however it was convenient, I would definitely book again and go for a larger suite next time with more walking space.

أقمت في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. الشقة نظيفة جدًا، مرتبة، ومجهزة بكل ما يحتاجه النزيل. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات، كما أن الأجواء هادئة ومريحة. كان المضيف متعاونًا ولطيفًا وسريع الاستجابة لأي استفسار. أنصح بها بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وممتعة، وسأكون سعيدًا بالإقامة فيها مرة أخرى.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt gut und die Lage ist gut. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls in Ordnung.
Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider entspricht die Beschreibung in einigen Punkten nicht der Realität. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine Küchenzeile sondern nur eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Die Terrasse ist außerdem nicht privat, sondern wird mit den Nachbarn geteilt. Direkt unter dem Apartment hält sich ein Hund auf, wodurch es durch Hundekot und Urin leider sehr unangenehm riecht. Die Bezahlung erfolgt ausschließlich über Barzahlung was vorher leider nicht erwähnt wurde.

Pros:

One of the best stays I’ve had in any Airbnb/booking.com property. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. The actual place was clean, came with a 12-pack of bottled waters and other amenities, spacious, and located in a great part of town. This place was above and beyond any expectations I have for any place. I seriously don’t have any complaints; for the price, staying here is 1000% worth it. I would stay here 100 times again!

Pense num lugar onde você se sente acolhido, como se fosse um parente da pessoa. É assim que nos sentimos. Estávamos chateados com um problema com o ônibus zagreb x sarajevo (perdemos a passagem porque o ticket não estava impresso), o que nos fez chegar na madrugada do outro dia, às 5AM. Além dos proprietários não se incomodarem com o horário, ainda foram nos buscar de carro até a hospedagem sem custo algum! Ficamos simplesmente encantados com a gentileza, e ao chegarmos na hospedagem vimos um quarto que nos atendeu muito bem, Internet rápida, chuveiro com água bem quente, cama super confortável, portas se abrem com chaveiro por aproximação, luzes touch, disponibilizaram uma máquina de café expresso profissional exclusiva para nós com muitos cafés deliciosos, foi realmente muito maravilhoso, sem contar que lá tinha uma cerejeira carregada de frutas, além de uma vista belíssima de sarajevo. No check-out podemos deixar as malas lá e na volta estava começando a chover, e o proprietário se ofereceu para nós levar a estação de trem para que não nos molhassemos. Gente, ficamos muito gratos, foi a melhor experiência de hospedagem da viagem.
