Pros:

Struttura bella, moderna, pulita e confortevole. Staff molto disponibile

Cons:

L’avevo scelta perché ha una piscina coperta molto bella dove mi sarei rilassata volentieri la sera, dopo una giornata in giro per la città, ma la piscina era vuota e ci è stato detto che era in manutenzione. Segnalo, per chi ha problemi di mobilità, che la sala per la colazione è all’ultimo piano e non c’è l’ascensore

Buena relación calidad-precio. Oferta de piscina/spa engañosa.
Pros:

Situado en zona nueva de la ciudad, fácilmente accesible en taxi. Caminando a unos 30 minutos del inicio de zona monumental. Alojamiento nuevo, con habitación de tamaño mediano e impecable. Hay posibilidad de contratar masaje por unos 35 euros por persona, de todo el cuerpo y muy relajante.
Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Desayuno buffet con opciones poco ajustadas a clientela occidental, no obstante hay personal presente dispuesto a ayudar.
Hay piscina interior, sauna y baño turco. A tener en cuenta que la piscina es gratis únicamente hasta las 18:00, a partir de esa hora hay que pagar unos 35 euros. Sauna y baño turco siempre de pago, además hay que avisar con tiempo para ponerlo en funcionamiento.

Viešbutis yra puikioje vietoje, pėstute pasiekiami beveik visi svarbūs kultūrinia objektai. Tylu, nes toliau nuo gatvės. Labai švaru, kilimai visur, darbuotojai užtikrina ramybę. Paslaugūs registratūros darbuotojai, malonūs, dėmesingi.

Cons:

Śią įstaigą rinkomės iš dalies ir dėl spa centro, bet jis neveikė. Viešbutyje užsakėme masažo paslaugą, tai vienai masažistei vis skambėjo telefonas, porą kartų atsiliepė ir trumpai pasikalbėjo. Suprantama, tai ne viešbučio kaltė, bet užsakydami paslaugą savo klientams turėtų aptarti ir sąlygas. O labiausiai nuvylė pusryčiai. Vieną dieną buvo padėta sausų pusryčių, tačiau nei pieno, nei jogurto nebuvo. Paprašius atnešė 1 indelį, daugiau neturėjo. Kitą dieną sausus pusryčius padėjo darbuotoja tik tada, kai paprašėme, bet ir vėl nebuvo su kuo jų valgyti. Iš šaltų gėrimų nebuvo jokių sulčių, tik pasaldintas vanduo. Padėta keleto rūšių uogienės, indeliuose nei šaukštelių, prie džiovintų vaisių vėl jokių įrankių.

Hotel con buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

La habitación y el baño estaban muy bien, también el desayuno. Ubicado a unos 25 min andando de Registan pero por unas avenidas y bulevares muy agradables. Teníamos el tren muy tarde y nos permitieron quedarnos por la tarde en el restaurante del hotel para descansar aunque finalmente no lo utilizamos pero fue un detalle

Cons:

Queríamos utilizar el spa pero no funcionó ningún día

Costo contenuto, ottima posizione, pulito e con uno staff in grado di soddisfare tutte le esigente
Pros:

Lo staff è stato bravissimo e pieno di attenzioni, molto cortese ed ospitale (una volta ci hanno offerto anche dell'ottima anguria). La SPA è bellissima

Cons:

Andrebbe migliorata un po' l'offerta della colazione dolce. Piccoli dettagli da aggiustare, ma è normale manutenzione.

Остались в полном восторге от поездки! Отель расположен в идеальном и тихом месте, откуда удобно добираться до всех интересных мест.
С первых минут покоряет невероятно теплая, домашняя атмосфера и очень доброжелательный персонал, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. В номерах выполнен свежий, стильный ремонт, всё безупречно чисто, современно и продумано для комфортного отдыха.
Отдельное удовольствие — вкусный завтрак и зона бассейна и спа.

Pros:

Абсолютно новый бутиковый отель в удобном тихом месте в центре города. Находится в глубине от дороги, по этому тихо. Вежливый персонал, особенно управляющий Эльдар во всем помогает. Завтрак небольшой, но вкусный по-домашнему, с бутербродами с красной икрой, блинчиками и проч. Небольшой бассейн, но очень приятный после жары. Сауной и парной баней не пользовались. До всех достопримечательностей минут 10-20 на такси.

Cons:

Брали семейный номер, кондиционер только в одной комнате, но хватало на две. Такси не заезжает во двор отеля, надо выходить на улицу.

I highly recommend the accommodation.
Pros:

A two-year-old hotel located in a quiet courtyard. Modern, clean and well-equipped, with a few parking spaces in the courtyard, and a great spa pool in the basement. Ample breakfast with mainly local products.
Attentive and helpful staff.
We had a great time, thank you for everything.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, clean and nice. The staff is fantastic, the young man of night shift and Eldor helped us a lot during our stay.
