Very good hotel.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, clean and nice. The staff is fantastic, the young man of night shift and Eldor helped us a lot during our stay.

Perfect under every aspect
Pros:

The staff was super kind and helpful, there were plenty of towels, the spaces were new and very clean. The AC was perfectly working and also the breakfast deserves a mention, since it was amazing. The hotel is a 15 walk to the gur-emir mausoleum, making it an extremely convenient place to stay.

Pros:

El entorno del hotel es agradable ya que está al lado de un parque y algunos restaurantes.
El desayuno correcto, es variado.
El personal es agradable.
Hotel limpio.

Cons:

La cama muy dura.
El baño que nos tocó no tenia extractor, ningún tipo de ventilación. La ducha hacia mucho ruido, igual que la tapa del váter al abrir/ cerrar.
Tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor.
La piscina muy justa, las fotos son mejores que la realidad y se puede acceder hasta las 18h.
El spa no es gratuito.

Skvělý hotel i personál!
Pros:

Přijeli jsme v době, kdy v Uzbekistánu nebyla sezóna a tak jsme první noc byli dokonce jedinými hosty. Přesto bylo všechno vzorně připraveno, mohli jsme i večer do bazénu, ráno jsme měli připravenou pěknou snídani, nic nebyl problém. Skvělý bazén!

Cons:

Trochu nás otravovali mravenci v koupelně. Personál tam umístil nějakou bílou chemikálii, která nám nijak nevadila, protože nepáchla, mravenců pak bylo méně.

Pros:

Family run hotel, meticulously looked after and beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean and in a good location with many eateries in walking distance and a popular park across the road. A very welcoming and hospitable staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was typical Uzbekistani which was nice but different from our normal taste.

Cons:

Отель снял с карты на 40$ больше обозначенной в бронировании суммы. В личной переписке с отелем менеджеры уверяли, что никаких дополнительных доплат не будет, и бронирование будет оплачиваться по стоимости, указанной в бронировании на booking.com. Booking.com тоже не помог в решении вопроса - после долгих разбирательств Booking.com отказались выплачивать разницу в стоимости, отправив меня решать вопрос с отелем напрямую, хотя знают, что отель в личной переписке мне не отвечает. Все доказательства неправомерного списания средств у меня на руках, но Booking.com это не интересует. Будьте осторожны и бронируйте отели через другие сервисы, ведь Booking.сcom не поможет вам в урегулировании споров.
