When we arrived, the apartment was really dirty because of the other guests and when we contacted the property they said they couldn’t do anything.

Well overpriced for that property.
Pros:

Property was in great location . Not far from central station, easy walking access to restaurants and public transport .

Cons:

In pictures it looks nice, probably some flats look nice, our flat was well outdated, there was no washing machine. We did rent 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom (3rd bedroom was rented out for another person), in one bedroom there was no bedside tables, you need to leave everything on floor. Only one small table in corner, We were 5 people , in kitchen only 3 chairs.
Every evening someone was smoking weed somewhere in flats all staircase was smelling badly. Definitely not the place with family.

Pros:

The room was big, with a double bed, and a single bed. Had a small balcony, too. Check out was simple and straightforward.

Cons:

Badly located electrical outlets. Had a lamp with no bulbs! Had only 1 light in the room 😖
Had 2 old, wiry hangers 😖 Pillows are too soft and has no support. Buy from Emma, The Sleep Company. They have good products. Weird that their toilet and shower areas are separate. And there were 2 other rooms on our side of the apartment. We could hear the noise coming from the other occupants 😖 Creaky wooden floorboards. Noisy. Old school lock and key in the doors 😖

Good stay. Recommendable.
Pros:

Overall experience good. Staff is really nice and helpful. Specially Gabrielle and her other colleague. They were very helpful. She was available over call, message and personal conversation 10/10. Since may 2026 month end was too hot, they provided fans without even asking by us. Vicinity is too good.

Cons:

Only problem is, in washroom, except bathroom area, water doesn’t easily drained.

Not worth the money and uncomfortable
Pros:

Clean room

Cons:

The location is very secluded and scary. Near a train track, so you need to bear train horns every now and then. No facilities or staff. Not even worth the money
