Cero recomendado- fatal
Pros:

Una decepción, lo único bonito fue el patio, y el trato del personal.

Cons:

Todo, habitaciones en total abandono, paredes sucias, ventanas sucias, baños sucios, pisos sucios.
Definitivamente no regresaré le falta demasiado mantenimiento a las habitaciones y ese pintado que tienen se ve fatal. No hay buena iluminación los focos tenían muchos mosquitos muertos dentro, humedad en paredes y techo. Las puertas de los cuartos muy ruidos y se escucha todo de afuera. Y el internet fatal , sería mejor que digan que no tienen. Nunca tuve.
El desayuno tardo como 1 hora en llegar y eran unos simples hotcakes y éramos los únicos.

Bien pero podrían mejorar
Pros:

La propiedad es super bonita, el staff siempre super amable (sobre todo Jenny) y las habitaciones son bastante grandes. Me gustó mucho que el desayuno viniera incluido en el precio de la habitación y la propiedad como tal está super céntrica.

Cons:

Como es una casa super antigua, es comprensible que haya techos que no están arreglados aún. En la habitación en la que estuve (Bugambilia), no hay techo directo, sino una lona en lo que se arregla el techo de viga, sin embargo, durante la noche se escuchaba el goteo por la lluvia y llega a dar un poco de miedo por si se cae la lona o algo. Los muebles para guardar la ropa tenían polilla, así que no puse nada ahí y en el baño sí encontré animalitos desagradables. Repito, es comprensible por la antigüedad de la casa, pero podrían mejorar esos aspectos.

Nettes einfaches Stadthotel in altem Gemäuer
Pros:

Stilvolles Hotel in alten Gemäuern, große Zimmer mit hohen Decken. Zentral in Coatepec gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Netter Empfang, Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider sehr weich, die Klobrille war nicht befestigt. Es fehlt an vielen Details, es ist aber auch ein altes Haus.

It was a great cultural experience.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond. The staff was kind and patient with our children. I woke up to the birds singing and we really enjoyed the included breakfast.

Cons:

As this is a 200 year old property, don’t expect modern conveniences. There is no A/C and the doors have old locks and don’t seal off completely therefore sounds travel in and out of rooms easily.

Gran lugar para ir con mascotas
Pros:

Estuvimos con un perrito y siempre nos trataron .uy bien y nunca hubo tema con que caminara por el hotel. Fue muy pet friendly y nuestro perrito estuvo muy feliz en el jardin

Pros:

Las instalaciones y la ubicación perfecta

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante, lento, ni vale la pena pagar habitación con servicio de desayuno no lo hagan solo renten el cuarto. Se tardan horas en servir y alrededor del hotel hay muchos restaurantes

el lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos es de un tamaño adecuado sus instalaciones son limpias y silenciosas la cama es comoda el personal es amable y atento a algunas solicitudes extras 10 de 10

Cons:

la unica cosa que yo podria agregar es que contara con secadora para el cabello. pero todo bien con el hotel en general

La puerta de la habitación tenía su truco para abrir y cerrar. Olor a humedad en la habitación. Por lo demás bastante cómoda.
