Ne soyez pressé de rien.
3h pour avoir 2 serviettes de plage , 45min pour avoir 2 serviettes de douche ( après 3 réclamations !)
Vendeurs sur la plage ...même pas 1m de fait, boum 6 vendeurs ! C'est fatiguant ! à vos risques et périls !

Diamonds is AMAZING! I honestly don’t know how anyone can rate this lower that 5 stars. From the service to the incredible food to the immaculate landscaping Constance and Margaret and Elinah the hostess are so kind, friendly and helpful. Julius, Shabam, Sadiq and Raphael at the quiet bar are incredible and make delicious cocktails, Peter at the Spa Pool was so friendly, genuinely kind and thoughtful about helping me with my back injury and Patrick at the terrace pool kept everything clean. Plus Ester at the beadwork station was wonderful. The buffet food, and the Oriental restaurant and Terrace restaurant all serve delicious cuisine from American to Indian to Italian. It shocked us that each day served different dishes. Our Junior Suite room was very spacious and comfortable. And finally George was kind and considerate to accommodate my mobility requests. We honestly felt appreciated and welcomed from the moment we stepped onto the property to the moment we left. Highly recommend to any traveler visiting the beautiful Kenyan coast.

The food was good.
Staff are pleasant and great environment in general.
For all inclusive package,one of the bars closer to the savanna restaurant kept running out of drinks.One rude waiter who is constantly there.
The most concerning part is the choice of spirits they are using for cocktails.
The options were Chrome and Kenya Cane.They had all other options of gin and vodkas for cocktails and you needed for pay for those.

Struttura molto bella e ben curata, con un vero servizio all inclusive. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono puliti e ordinati, il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’attenzione nei piccoli dettagli: la mattina della partenza, ad esempio, ci hanno fatto trovare una box breakfast, un gesto semplice ma davvero gradito, soprattutto dovendo partire presto.
Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, in una struttura piacevole e ben organizzata. Consigliata per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante senza doversi preoccupare di nulla.

That you can’t order food anytime you want
The food was good - breakfast, lunch dinner options.
The check-in was a really bad experience. I arrived at 2:30pm, my room wasn't available even though their check-in time is 2pm. I didn't get a room until 5 pm. They offered me a spa voucher but the spa doesn't allow children so I didn't use it.
When I got to the room, there were no towels so couldn't even take a shower, the room had so many mosquitoes something that persisted for my entire stay.
On the second day, the shower tap literally broke in my hand as I turned the shower on. Couldn't take a shower after that despite me reporting it.
On one day, turndown service showed up at 9:32 pm (yeah!!!)
For a hotel with really great grounds, the hosuekeeping was a disaster for me and I would not come back here!
