Disappointing
Pros:

The food was good - breakfast, lunch dinner options.

Cons:

The check-in was a really bad experience. I arrived at 2:30pm, my room wasn't available even though their check-in time is 2pm. I didn't get a room until 5 pm. They offered me a spa voucher but the spa doesn't allow children so I didn't use it.
When I got to the room, there were no towels so couldn't even take a shower, the room had so many mosquitoes something that persisted for my entire stay.
On the second day, the shower tap literally broke in my hand as I turned the shower on. Couldn't take a shower after that despite me reporting it.
On one day, turndown service showed up at 9:32 pm (yeah!!!)
For a hotel with really great grounds, the hosuekeeping was a disaster for me and I would not come back here!

Een zeer mooie locatie waar het personeel hard werkt om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Uitgebreid buffet eet mogelijkheden zowel met ontbijt lunch en dinner. Geweldige cocktail die met veel zorg en vers fruit worden bereid

J’ai passé un agréable séjour à Diamonds, dans un cadre magnifique avec de très beaux paysages
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé la qualité de l’accueil, avec un personnel agréable et chaleureux. J’ai également apprécié le cadre et le paysage de l’hôtel, qui sont vraiment magnifiques. L’établissement correspondait bien aux photos présentées sur Booking, ce qui est un vrai point positif : les photos sont fidèles à la réalité 🥳🤭.

Cons:

J’ai globalement apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel, mais certains points pourraient être améliorés.

* La variété du buffet du soir était assez limitée. Il serait appréciable d’avoir davantage de choix et de variété dans les plats proposés.

* Le manque d’eau sous la douche entre 7h et 8h a été assez gênant, notamment le matin au moment où l’on se prépare.

* J’ai trouvé les passages du personnel dans la chambre un peu trop fréquents, deux passages dans la journée étant excessifs pour préserver son intimité.
