Un alojamiento precioso con un trato excepcional
Pros:

Es un alojamiento precioso de mucha calidad y un trato exquisito. Nos recibieron con un té, pastas y bizcocho riquísimo. Las vistas muy bonitas a la montaña. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos cogido. Y desayuno sin que entrara en el precio. El personal super amable y encantador, trato de hotel de cinco estrellas, todo detalles.

Cons:

No tiene ni un pero.

Pros:

Best hotel!!! When we arrived they offered us with a cake and tea! The room was so spaciuos, clean and amazing! We had breakfast included in the price that was the best breakfast we ate in Sri Lanka, with a lot of fruits! The manager offered to bring us to the restaurant or wherever we needed. Also they gave nice suggestions on what to see in Nuwara Eliya. I would like to go back and stay more nights there!

Unsere beste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Sie ist ruhig, sauber und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals, von der Begrüßung bis zu einem reichhaltigen und leckeren Frühstück, bei dem wir speisten wie die Könige.

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Attento ai dettagli ed estremamente disponibile. Ci hanno accolte con tè e torta. Ci hanno aiutate per organizzare il trasporto fino alla stazione di Nanu Oya e per l’acquisto dei biglietti del treno. Camera ampia, letti comodi, colazione eccellente. Coperte pesanti per prevenire il freddo.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. Ze deden er echt alles aan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken en ons welkom te laten voelen en niets was te veel voor ze! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de locatie is ook top . Het zit dichtbij een supermarkt, een leuk cafeetje/restaurant len het postkantoor en de winkeltje. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

Pros:

El hotel es como una casa. Las habitaciones estan en planta primera y segunda, tienen camas grandes y el baño es similar a lo que estamos encontrando por la relación calidad-precio. El personal fue MUY atento con nosotros y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo: tuk tuk, traernos el coche en Ella. Para una o dos noches suficiente.

Cons:

Que no tenía un espacio exterior-jardin donde descansar. Pero para nuestra corta estancia tampoco fue un problema porque las habitaciones ersn grandes.

מלון חמוד ממש, עם צוותשיצא מגדרו כדי לגרום לנו להרגיש רצויים - החל מקבלת פנים שכוללת מבחר של תה מקומי ועוגה. ועד דאגה לפרטים הקטנים ועצות בנוגע למלולים ודברים לעשות באזור כולל מחירים מומלצים . לקחנו חדר משפחה שהיה גדול ומרווח עם שמיכות חמות כי קריר שם מאוד בלילה

Top notch staff and service
Pros:

We stayed at many hotels during our trip, and I would say the service at this hotel was the best out of all of them. From the moment we arrived, we felt like they genuinely wanted us to have the best stay, and made every effort to welcome us and ensure we had a great visit. The staff went above and beyond. They also helped us plan our day trips, and their recommendations did not disappoint. We ordered breakfast each day, and it was top-notch, the food was excellent, plus all the extras that make it special, like Sri Lankan coffee, smoothies, local fruit. We asked for extra blankets at night and we had a very comfortable night sleep (I get cold easily, but was comfortable and had a great night sleep.) We would like to stay here again the next time we come.

Perfect stay in a exceptionally equipped hotel. Strategic location for Nanu Oya train station

Everything was spacious, clean and well equipped. A big bathroom with a very hot shower. The staff was amazingly available and the food offer was great. Highly recommended
