El trato de los trabajadores

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas no habia luz en las recamaras era muy bajita,baños viejos, la alberca sucia, cucarachas en los baños, toallas espantosas viejas. No tiene nada que ver las fotos que nos publican con la verdadera cara del hotel al llegar. Y el de Valle de Bravo por las mismas, por su precio esperábamos más. Una decepción total. Eramos 4 personas fos habitaciones y las 4 coincidimos con lo que estoy escribiendo. Pésimo fin de semana pasamos en estos dos hoteles.

Las fotos en general no son el estado actual del hotel, el servicio y el staff muy amables siempre.

La vista y el jardín central es bonito.

La alberca no esta en un buen estado.
El baño tenía varias fallas.
Las televisiones no tenían buena señal.
El desayuno estaba muy limitado, no había muchas cosas.
Me tocó un araña grande en la cama y una cucaracha en el baño.
