Un hotel muy bueno, muy bien situado para visitar Riobamba y, sobre todo, con un personal extremadam
Pros:

El hotel estaba realmente bien.
Limpieza, equipamiento de la habitación, colchón cómodo.
La ubicación es excelente. Se puede ir a todas partes a pie.
La acogida es muy buena, con un personal muy servicial.
El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

Realmente no hay ningún punto negativo, salvo que hay que pedir una habitación en una planta alta. Mi habitación estaba en la planta baja, justo al lado de la recepción, y había mucho ruido debido a las largas conversaciones de los clientes que llegaban tarde.
