Pros:

Great location in the Old Bank Arcade building, which is very conveinient, close to the waterfront, sights, and shopping. Spacious room with everything you need for a short or longer stay.

Even with the inconvenience of having off site parking, it was so central in the city it made it ok.

It was difficult to manage unloading our luggage, the parking bay was small. Then parking off site.

Location was great - close to shops, harbour and transportation. It was easy to find and it had plenty of food places within a short walk.

Awesome location, would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Staff, but the Apartment is Stuck in the Past

Location was great. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

​Parking was a major issue since the property doesn't have its own dedicated spaces. Inside, the apartment felt very outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had chipped tiles, and the shower head functioned more like a sprinkler. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted in years and the windows were quite dirty. Furthermore, the dishwasher rack was rusty, the teacups were cracked, and there were stains on both the table and the carpet. It honestly felt like traveling back in time.

Check-in time is 2pm, our room was not ready until 5:30pm.
The rooms were not very clean - around the edges of the carpet etc needed a good vacum.
Very run down rooms and furniture.
