Pros:

Good location close to the Museum LUAS stop, a short (~10 min) walk to Heuston Station to catch the bus to the airport. It was a clean and comfortable stay for a short trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming!

posizione vicina ai mezzi di trasporto, pulito, bagno nuovo con doccia funzionale. Per il resto però... molte perplessità... peccato perchè avrebbe delle potenzialità...

Cons:

Mi dispiace ma lo consiglio solo per una o due notti. Sapevo che la stanza fosse piccola, ma così è veramente troppo piccola e angusta: non c'è neppure spazio per mettere la valigia e qualche vestito, per fortuna non avevamo i cappotti! Consiglio di aggiungere almeno qualche attaccapanni, qualche gancio in stanza e in bagno per appendere le cose, un supporto per appoggiare la valigia e qualche mensola.... I materassi non sono molto comodi perchè rigidi. Terribile che non si possa aprire la finestra: significa 4 notti senza mai poter arieggiare la stanza...! Inoltre per tutto il soggiorno erano guaste le macchinette per il te e caffè in atrio. Atrio inesistente e personale molto anonimo. Ho chiesto delle informazioni e mi hanno risposto di guardare su Google.

small but clean, lovely hospitality from staff, felt safe inside the hotel but the surrounding area is rather sketchy.
Pros:

It was very clean inside, basic amenities like hand soap, body wash, towels and stuff. Very small but if you’re only staying a night or 2, it’s all you really need. the vending machine and water fountain in the lobby was very handy. Staff were mostly very kind.

Cons:

Inside the hotel was lovely, but as a woman, i felt very unsafe walking anywhere outside the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere after dark, just take an uber. Walking to the train station during the day was easy, only 10 minutes very straightforward directions but even during the day it was nerve-racking. If this hotel was in a safer area i would say 10/10!

Price of 345 for three nights is crazy yes it was last minute but Dublin is not new York, Paris, London or Sydney unsustainable for business and leisure travellers a like

Absolutely would recommend, excellent staff
Pros:

Enrico, the Hotel Manager, provided excellent support during my stay. He was professional, efficient, and always willing to help, making my experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout. He is a credit to his organisation.

The gentleman at reception was also excellent to deal with.

Cons:

Nothing.

Met our needs!
Pros:

Convenient to the train station. Clean and comfortable beds. Best price I could find for a 2 night stay.

Cons:

It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but the coffee machine was broken while were there. Had to go out for breakfast anyway, so just had to wait a bit longer for that first coffee of the day!

I won't stay here again. Bed uncomfortable and room too small.

Cons:

The hotel was clean, however the bed almost filled the room and was very hard. Both my hips were sore after sleeping. A comfortable bed is a must. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken. These factors cause me to give it an unsatisfactory rating. Fairly minor changes would make a big difference.

Easy. Staff very pleasant.
Pros:

No breakfast. Staff should have mentioned that there is an excellent Spa that does breakfast x2 mins away.

Cons:

No tea in room and the machine downstairs was out of order.
