Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer, super komfortabel und sauber. Nettes Personal und ausreichendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Beim Auschecken gab es Probleme wegen der Zahlungsbestätigung. Eventuell muss man dafür etwas mehr Zeit einplanen

Perfect hotel!!!
Pros:

The garden was beautiful. The girls and reception was so good. The breakfast was good. Everything was very nice. I really like it. clean rooms, new equipment the garden is fascinating. Location is excellent you can go to the 5 min by foot. M.

Big rooms with no storage space
Pros:

Building very beautiful, big rooms. Free parking. Everything in walking distance. Nice view from the room to the old court and green yard. Fresh Omeletts at the breakfast.

Cons:

No cleaning of the floor during the stay. No space at all to store things, especially in the bathroom. No second chair on the balcony. Just one blanket for two persons. Balcony is very loud due to the air conditioner. At the breakfast all the warm dishes are cold. Coffee specialities are not included, but at least very good.

Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось. Отель новый, современный и очень уютный. Территория красивая, ухоженная и располагает к спокойному отдыху. Особенно хочется отметить тишину — здесь действительно можно расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом.

Номер всегда был чистым благодаря качественной уборке, персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Остались только самые приятные впечатления от пребывания.

С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, спокойствие и высокий уровень сервиса!

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel im Herzen von Kutaisi
Pros:

Sehr sauber und außerordentlich große Zimmer, mit viel Komfort. Die Außenanlagen ist wirklich wunderschön. Stilvoll und elegant. Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker.

Great location and a welcome stay.
Pros:

Great central location to walk to the centre of town, where there are multiple good restaurant options.
The room and floor we occupied was newly renovated, but clearly not completed yet. Hotel is however super-clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and a fairly nice breakfast is on offer.

Cons:

The renovation of the room we occupied was clearly not completed yet. Despite a large open area, there were no comfortable seating provided in the room. A few more planned amenities and comforts were not installed yet, letting us feel like we're paying for a fully appointed room, but getting an incomplete one.
