Very good option in Kutaisi, with spacious and pleasant rooms
Pros:

Spacious rooms and recently refurbished with good shower / bathroom, good bed

Cons:

the breakfast was OK, but not class-leading,
Not all roooms may be refurbished yet, and back facing rooms may have a lesser view
The orad up to the hotel is not well illuminated, if you want to come walking from the Colchis Fountain.

Pros:

Отель находится недалеко от центра и имеет собственную парковку, что для нас было важно. У отеля небольшая, но ухоженная территория. Бронировали 2 номера и вначале нам дали их рядом, а потом посмотрели бронирование и предоставили номера на выбор, т.к. один был номер-студия с видом на сад, а второй стандарт.
В номерах чисто, но мы были одну ночь. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, правда в августе не получилось позавтракать на открытой террасе, т.к. было очень жарко.

Beautiful residence, atmospheric, quiet, green lovely garden, very comfortable mattresses, a nice restaurant and really good location in proximity (enjoyed walking) to the center.

Cons:

A reggelit előző este külön kifizettem, mivel korán indultunk, és azt az ígéretet kaptam, hogy reggelre elviteles dobozban elkészítik számunkra. Reggel azonban a csomagot nem kaptuk meg, és érdemi magyarázatot sem kaptunk arra, hogy miért maradt el. Ez különösen kellemetlen volt, mivel a reggeliért kifejezetten emiatt előre fizettem.

Zimmer 411 sehr sauber und gross.
Top!!! 4 bis 5 Sterne.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum dunkel und unfreundlich.

Personal war nur mit smartphone beschäftigt.

מקום מקסים! חדרים גדולים מאוד ונקיים היינו בשני חדרים צמודים ללא דלת מקשרת, מלון מאוד נעים מזמין ומשפחתי, במרכז כותאיסי 5 דק הליכה מהמרכז, תודה מיוחדת לנטיה מנהלת המלון שעזרה לנו מאוד בכל מה שהיינו צריכים גם בבקשות מיוחדות

Pros:

Very modern hotel which was very comfortable, clean and relaxed.
Hotel manager was very welcoming. Even though there was a considerable language barrier, the Restaurant staff were very helpful with allergies.

Sitting out the front in the late afternoon with a bottle of wine, whilst watching the storms roll in was bliss.

Cons:

The only thing we could possibly be negative about was the wifi speed. Absolutely nothing else to put here though.
