Cons:

Im Zimmer war Schimmel. Bekamen ein neues Zimmer, aber da war ein Tier drin.
Strand total verschmutzt. Am Poolbereich wurde länger nicht geputzt.

On the beach, nicer and cheaper than Cancun. Easier to walk.

Worst place to stay
Pros:

We arrived to this place as family of 5 . We paid almost 600$ usd for two night.
As our kids got the shower it was frog 🐸🐸🐸 in the shower!!!!
On top of it . They didn't have hot water to take shower. We told it will take few minutes but we never he'd hot water and all of us got shower after the beach with cold water!!!
Alos we noticed it was banch of ants🐜🐜🐜 running on the counter top.
Felt like big jungle!!! The place we got was full of mold in the shower. Also the towels were not clean with Sain on them. Overall after we paid A LOT of money get yourself a favor and look for different place !!!!!

Great beachfront place, cozy, and amazing view that we can highly recommend!
Pros:

Loved the view on second floor as you walk into the suite right into the living room. Comfy bedroom with AC was nice and quiet. The deck overlooking the grounds and beach was a big highlight. Location was quiet but walking distance to central. Nice kitchen with almost everything you need.

Cons:

No AC in the living room. Water pressure in shower was low. Paper towels or coffee filters would be a nice touch as we found ourselves unable to make coffee the first morning.

The beach was great, and always had chairs available. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean.

Cons:

We had 2 days without hot water and had to move rooms because of the noisy air-conditioning compressor outside our window.

Habitación muy básica, regadera muy mala, pasillos del edificio sucios, edificio de habitaciones vista a la calle no integrados al principal.

Dirty and not well cared for.

The beach location

Cons:

The property is run down, neglected, there is no pride of ownership. The rooms are dark, not a single lamp, black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The front door is a literal screen door with an aluminum panel, you can kick it open. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty, shower head has literally 2 streams of water, a hose spigot below it. The bathroom sink faucet is in terrible condition. The toilet is like a rocking chair it wobbles terribly and takes 4 flushes for a small amount of tissue.
Walls are in terrible need of paint.
If they put a bit of effort into the place it would be so nice to stay at.
Upon checking in, the guest ahead of us had just been robbed in the lobby. A criminal came in and grabbed her bag, she and her husband were both a bit shaken, the staff could care less. They shrugged it off as normal and called next in line. Meanwhile the criminal is being beaten up in the parking lot by the man who worked the desk.
If we had not prepaid we would have walked away.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
