No response from the property manager
Also changed one of our room suddenly

We had a little trouble in communication. I didn't see a text with my check-in information when we arrived around 7PM. I called the manager number, and they claimed they had sent it earlier in the day. I had other messages, but not one from them. They resent while on the phone and I received it. All good at this point. To get new towels for the next day, you must hang a room service sign on the door handle. Neither my room nor the one next door could find this sign. I called the number listed on the back of the door at 6:30AM and left a message requesting service. We had a fishing charter that morning and wouldn't be back until the afternoon. We get back, no new towels or service. Since all communication is handled by phone, there's nobody available for fresh towels. When packing up to leave, we find the door hanger sitting on a cabinet next to the wardrobe hanger. It is almost the same color as the cabinet. When people come in at night tired from travelling and drop their bags to unpack, it is easy to be covered. Put it on a hook near the door so it is clearly visible. In that way, it can't be missed. Second, if someone leaves a message, pass the message to staff onsite.

2. Bathroom was almost without light and towels were limited with no staff available to replenish
3. Found bugs in bathroom
4. TV had no cable and did not realize until after booking
5. Not even an ice machine
6. Refrigerator made grumbling noise constantly. Clearly disturbing while trying to sleep

No one there. Couldn’t check in until exactly 3 pm

Even though it appears newer, there were a few issues with cleanliness. The floor had what appeared to be sand in the bathroom and main area. There were hand prints on the walls and bed frames. Caulking in shower was browning.

There should be a stone path to get over to the Tim Horton's across the street so you don't have to walk through the wet grass.

People parking in front of our rooms with more than one vehicle when it states otherwise in booking.

Felt a little expensive for a motel

Water pressure in the shower was too weak, drains did not work properly, towels felt like they were air dried on a clothes line, and toilet has not been properly secured.
