3 flights of stairs with no warning.
Pros:

It cc was listed as a motel, but it was an old hotel. I had to climb three sets of stairs with my luggage. I’m old and I find stairs very difficult especially having to carry my suitcase and other stuff.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Rooms were small .
The beds were comfy and the linen clean.
Bathroom was clean.
We thought it was going to be noisy because the rooms were so close together but it was ok.

Cons:

I know this building is old but it was very dirty . It said breakfast included but the breakfast room wasn't open til 8am, most people were out by 7.30.

Didn’t enjoy our second time there as tv wasn’t working n the room is cold even with heater set at 30
Pros:

It was 2nd time staying there . the breakfast is adequate but a bit late 8am , shower is strong .the decor look impressive in the bathroom

Cons:

Tv wasn’t working , heater not working well . Fridge between 2 beds . Toilet paper too close to shower n got wet

Very very ordinary. Room felt like a prison cell.
Pros:

Location & staff only

Cons:

Room was tiny with 2 single beds. Booked with pet then told you don't allow dogs anymore. TV only had sound no picture. Room very old carpet disgusting.would never stay again. Had to travel back through Hay 3 weeks later chose another hotel.
