Pros:

The Hotel was very pleasant! We had a beautiful balcony view of the mountains, river, and village. The gentle sound of the river flowing nearby along with the clean room and comfortable bed made for very restful sleep! The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure the best possible stay as well as providing information about local transportation. The restaurant was amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere made for an outstanding dinning experience! I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Pros:

Cadre fantastique au pied d'un affluent de la Versasca, chute d'eau incroyable. Terrasse en pergola typique et délicieux :-) cadre romantique à souhait. Moment de détente absolu. Ruissellement de la rivière qui berce tes nuits :-)

Cons:

pas de télé dans la chambre 4 !

Magnifique séjour dans une vallée extraordinaire!
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la tranquilité de la vallée et de l'hotel, tout s'est passé très bien et le proprietaire est très disponible en cas de besoin.
En partant, j'ai oublié quelques affaires dans la chambre, en le remarquant j'ai contacté le propriétaire, qui m'a tout envoyé chez moi rapidement.
Le restaurant (pas géré par l'hotel mais dans la même maison) est aussi très bon et le personnel top!

Le propriétaire nous a aussi parlé du Ticino Ticket, que nous ne connaissions pas et que nous avons beaucoup apprecié.

The room is clean with great views, and the food in the restaurant is amazing, especially the Vittoria risotto. The staffs are all extremely helpful and nice.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück und Abend). Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alle Gästewünsche wurden erfüllt. Tolle Lage am Fluss. Sehr gute Parkmöglchkeit.

Ich habe keine Verbesserungswünsche!

Unser 3tägige Aufenthalt hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Berge, Natur pur.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage. Der Ausblick vom Balkon sehr schön. Eine Fahrt durch das Verzasca Tal ist ein exzellentes Erlebnis für Naturfreunde, Wanderer, und Romantiker.

Super Lage, tolle Speisekarte mit selbstgekochtem Essen!! Ganz nette Leute!!
Schöne Terasse grad über dem Bach, mit Sicht auf das pittoreske Lavertezzo. Bushaltestelle gleich ums Eck. Badegumpe einmal über die Strasse.
Die Zimmer sind auch gut, unseres mit Balkon und Sicht auf die türkise Verzasca.

Pros:

Great view from the balcony of the church and bridge. Breakfast was included for us and lovely with fresh bread, coffee, cold cuts and more. Dinner was homey and good but a bit on the pricey side.

Cons:

Apart from some hikes or whatever you plan to do, it is a bit out of the way. Wifi was down while when we arrived, but they were proactive in getting it fixed (was a bit spotty at times).
