Pros:

Size of the apartment was great and all the facilities it had.

Cons:

The fact our room was not ready at 2pm, they offered us wine and late check out. The reason why it was not ready is because the supervisor had to review the room post clean but looking at the room it looks as if it needs a bit of TLC and some deep cleaning.

Excellent service and location, great value for money with a large room and lovely warm pool and spa
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and so kind to our kids. I feel they really went above and beyond - we were impressed. The location was spectacular for walking around Southbank, the gardens and the city each day. We loved the pool and spa, and it had really good opening hours. The room was large, and set up perfectly in advance for our family (with someone calling in advance to confirm what bedding arrangement would work best for us). The room amenities were great, and value for money surprised us. We personally loved seeing the lit up Arts Centre tower out our window

Cons:

The rooms felt a little dated, the sauna was out of order, around the edge of pool felt a little grubby (but pool itself was clean).

Location, close to MCG and southbank

Cons:

Its the 2nd time we have stayed and i felt this time that the maintenance was lacking. Only minor things, but its the stuff you remember. For example, Tv in lounge room wasnt working, no signal, tried the tv in the bedroom, this one turned on but was stuck on a channel. Called reception to let them know and was told someone was coming to fix it, but they never did. Also, the toilet seat in bathroom wouldnt stay up, every time you put it up it slammed down.

I would not recommend this place.
Pros:

A good location very central to the city and attractions.

Cons:

Room was worn, carpet was threadbare is some sections. The bathroom floor was dirty with dust and hair. The kitchen bench was not clean we had to wipe it down before we put anything on it and someone had left a can of drink in the counter. The skirting boards and floor was dirty. Looked like it had not been vacuumed properly in while. The bed was not made properly. The sheets were not tucked into the mattress. Very disappointing for the money you pay for a room.

Great stay and location easy to walk for dinner
Pros:

Great stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, the kids absolutely loved the pool, and the location was perfect. We'd happily stay here again!

Great spot for a family of 5. Breakfast was delicious too!
