Pros:

Check in was quick and efficient, as was check-out. Room was spacious, kitchen was well-equipped and large. Laundry facilities were a huge bonus, even for a single night stay to dry towels after a swim. Beds were comfortable enough and there was enough space to sit around comfortably for a family of four. The pool was excellent. Would return for a future stay.

South Bank location was very convenient. Comfortable bed. Apartment was a good size for 4 people.

Cons:

Traffic noise. The apartment was not very clean. Layers of dust on skirting boards, furniture, light fittings. Dirty walls/bathroom splashbacks & sticky floors. Dirty microwave. Mouldy ensuite basin plug. Cracked floor tiles in both bathrooms. The room was not well maintained.

Pros:

Room was clean, easy to access, parking is convenient. Beds were super comfortable. Lovely view. Great location. Easy to access via car, as well as via public transport.

Cons:

That the dishes were left in the dishwasher and not cleaned. The carpet in the lounge room seemed to be very quickly cleaned. Earring found on the floor beside the bed.

Pros:

Close to everything, nice view

Cons:

Was followed back to my room by a creepy guy hanging around.
Elevator, had to press the button multiple times for it to work.
spa was not clean, an I ended up going to the doctors a day later.
Didn’t have much in the cupboards for cooking, so we had to order out.
Bathroom was NOT clean/ iv been a cleaner for 15 years & the bath & tiles were absolutely disgusting.
Tv did NOT work, No Chanel’s at all.
Was NOT worth the money.
