The best was the crew
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice.
The crew was very kind, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It's a shame they don't have a laundry service.
I walked the way of Francis from Florence to Assisi and when I got in Assisi I couldn't find any laundry.

Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Camera confortevole e tranquilla, ho dormito molto bene. Posizione ottima, nel pieno centro di Assisi e comoda per visitare la città a piedi.

Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Assisi. It is close to the entrance of the town, right across from St Chiara church and easy to walk to other parts of beautiful Assisi.

Cons:

The room was a tad small, but we were only there one night so it was fine. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and pleasant.!

La mejor ubicación para conocer Asisi
Pros:

El hotel esta en medio de la plaza, al lado de la Iglesia, un lugar por ser central quizas no es muy tranquilo, el personal que nos atendio fue excelente.

Cons:

Hubo musica en la plaza hasta tarde, nada grave, en general todo muy bien

Excelente hotel! Altamente recomendado
Pros:

Muy buen hotel con excelente ubicación, en la misma plaza de la basílica de Santa Clara, staff super amigable y amable. El desayuno excelente por apenas 7 euros. Moderno, limpio y actual.

La habitación es muy pequeña pero válida para un par de días.
