Pros:

Excellent breakfast & clean hotel.

Cons:

The bedroom layout is very impractical - there is nowhere to hang towels, for example. The toilet door is semi-transparent glass, so there is no privacy: you can see and hear (almost) everything.

Vi havde en skønt ophold. Personalet i baren om aftenen var sublimt, god service og blandede gode drinks med meget få in

It might be OK to have a full see-through door on the shower, but it is a no-go on the toilet… it should be shadowed or full-covered…

Would never come back

Cons:

Both my daughter and myself got sick from the mold in the AC. I spent my holiday taking antibiotics and steroids to heal my throat and nose.
They stole one of my super expensive perfume bottles that was left outside my suitcase when the cleaners came to clean. They must have fancied my 500 euro perfume and took it with no shame.
The sink in the room rather than bathroom
Shower: sudden changes of water temperature every 30 seconds
Bed: super uncomfortable
Cleaning: they fold your dirty towels back to the shelf for your use again

Really good experience
Pros:

Really nice welcome, the smell of the place was fresh and clean. The rooftop terrace is perfect for chilling out and the rooms we're incredibly comfortable. Really enjoyed the gym too.

Pleasant stay but room too small for two.
Pros:

Excellent location near Gulbenkian.

Cons:

The bedroom was too small and the he bathroom was virtually in the bedroom. Not even a closet. Everything cramped.

The roof top pool area is deceptively small - looks more spacious in the photographs.
