Pros:

Everything was great! Especially a nice location to a beautiful park around the Gulbenkian museum, but pay attention that this location is very close to an air corridor for aircraft take-off and landing, so it might be a bit noisy for a light sleeper.

Cons:

Glass walls in the toilet and shower may not be suitable for too modest individuals or couples who have not yet passed the test of time and marriage, because they do not have proper sound insulation and are transparent enough when the light is on. If you have nothing to be shy about, then this nuance should not confuse you.

Definite value for money! The staff was wonderful, the location is excellent, overall wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very helpful, we got different treats in the room throughout the stay.
The location is perfect, close enough to the center by public transportation or even a longish walk, in a wonderful picturesque neighbourhood. The Gulbenkian gardens are an absolute gem of the city!!!

Cons:

The balcony was minuscule and one day the room wasn't cleaned, but those were both really negligible details.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

We travelled for a wedding as a family with a small toddler. The hotel was very accommodating and really helped when we needed assistance. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options which was very useful especially when travelling with a toddler. Having a shared family room was IDEAL for us. It was extremely clean the shower pressure was lovely and strong, free waters supplied were also very helpful too. Amenities where really thoughtful.

Cons:

Everything was lovely, no improvement is needed to the hotel.
If you are a gym buff - the provided gym room is was quite small and only had a few machines but that wasn't an issue for us for the stay.

Love the location and the hotel was perfectly good
Pros:

The rooftop pool was smaller and less useful than expected, images on the web fooled us a bit. Apart from this the hotel was really nice with rooms, lounge, restaurant etc.

Cons:

No waste bin in the room and no hooks to hand towels or similar on in the room . Pool area not super inviting

Grundsätzlich ein gutes, zentrales Hotel (wobei man die nahegelegene Metro oder Uber ins Zentrum nehmen muss). Schade, d
Cons:

Es hatte zwei Spiegel, welche unmittelbar beieinander standen, was es als Paar beim ankleiden mühsam macht. Zudem war die Spiegelbeleuchtung schlecht (divuses Licht).
Minibar war nicht gefüllt, auch fehlte der Korkenzieher. Es hatte ein Bügeleisen, bei welchem die Dampffunktion nicht funktionierte. Das WC ist in eine Nische reingedrückt und schlicht zu eng konzipiert. Parkplatz konnte man für zusätzliche 20 Euro pro Nacht in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage abstellen. Dies ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da es sehr nahe Parkhäuser für die Hälfte des Geldes gibt.
