Redelijk verblijf.
Pros:

Kamer zag er mooi en schoon uit.

Cons:

Er staat onvoldoende op de site vermeld dat het zwembad bij een Wellness pakket hoort, en niet toegankelijk voor kinderen. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie, maar reactie was schouderophalend. Beetje teleurstellend. Dan vind ik prijs-kwaliteit wel echt te hoog

Schönes Wellnesshotel mit Verbesserungspotential!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Kanal, was wirklich schön ist. Es ist alles sauber, die Brasserie ist schön und das Zimmer war groß und einladend. Der Wellness Bereich ist in einem separaten Gebäude. Dieser ist wirklich schön und großzügig.

Cons:

- Als ich um 14:30 Uhr ankam, war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig! Ok - Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr - also habe ich noch einen Kaffee getrunken und war kurz nach 15 Uhr wieder bei der Rezeption. Da sagte man mir, dass Zimmer sei immer noch nicht fertig...keine Entschuldigung, kein es dauert vielleicht, nichts. Ich habe dann darum gebeten, dass man mich informiert und ich sei noch einmal in der Brasserie (dies ist 5 Schritte von der Rezeption entfernt). Als ich um 16:30 Uhr nachfragte, war das Zimmer fertig - Bescheid gesagt hat mir keiner.
- Kleinigkeiten empfand ich als störend: Die Handtücher haben keinen Aufhänger, es gibt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz - aber keinen Weg dort hin (an der Straße entlang), morgens in der Brasserie muss man einen Tisch für das Frühstück reservieren, obwohl mich dann keiner nach meinem Zimmer gefragt hat.
