Pros:

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis, le personnel était au top, très agréable et souriant. La chambre était impeccable et sentait le propre nous avions la télé, clim, balcon et moustiquaire. Quant au petit déjeuné, rien à dire tout était parfait et très bon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We very much enjoyed a relaxing break!
Pros:

The kind hospitality of the workers was so lovely and appreciated during our stay. The free breakfast is amazing and very filling!! The restaurant garden is beautiful to sit in and the food is delicious and generous servings with very reasonable pricing! The rooms are very comfortable with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The owner and his son were so helpful the whole time, particularly with ordering a taxi for us on our last day!

Pros:

L accueil du propriétaire, le coté familiale du guest house.
Le dinner proposé est traditionnel. Un raki nous a étę offert.
La chambre est spacieuse.
C est un bon rapport qualité/ prix

Cons:

Attention pour les français, pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas oppaque.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait ĕtre plus varié mais c est un détail.

Pros:

La zona del restaurante y la amabilidad del servicio. El desayuno muy bueno y cenamos en el restaurante por 10-15 euros por persona y fue una cena excelente. La habitación es espaciosa y tiene nevera y aire acondicionado. Al estar algo alejado del centro de Berat, es fácil aparcar el coche si alquilas, ya que tienen parking propio y se está muy tranquilo.

El baño olía un poco mal y las sábanas tenían pelos

Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und alles wie beschrieben.
Uns wurde zum Frühstück ein typisch albanisches Frühstück gereicht.
Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Guesthouse très propre. Bien situé, au calme à l’extérieur de Berat. Parking privé appréciable. Personnel au top, réellement sympathique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner extra. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend, aber keine erholsame Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Gasthaus liegt etwas außerhalb von Berat und ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, was insbesondere an heißen Sommertagen angenehm ist. Für eine Übernachtung ist die Unterkunft grundsätzlich ausreichend.

Zum Gasthaus gehört außerdem ein Restaurant, sodass man direkt vor Ort essen kann.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet und wirken insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Badezimmer konnten uns nicht überzeugen. Die Dusche war nicht richtig abgedichtet, sodass regelmäßig Wasser ins Bad lief.

Der größte Kritikpunkt war jedoch die Nachtruhe. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Bis spät in die Nacht war auf dem Flur und in den Nachbarzimmern erheblicher Lärm zu hören. Nachdem dort endlich Ruhe eingekehrt war, bellte ein Hund bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nahezu ununterbrochen. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Auch die Verständigung im Restaurant war trotz angeblicher Englischkenntnisse nicht immer einfach. Die Speisekarte bietet vor allem Fleischgerichte, während die Auswahl für Vegetarier oder Veganer sehr begrenzt ist. Das Frühstück wird erst ab 8 Uhr serviert, ist typisch albanisch und benötigt nach der Bestellung etwas Zeit.

Da das Gasthaus außerhalb von Berat liegt, benötigt man mit dem Auto etwa fünf bis zehn Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt. Für einen Besuch in Berat würden wir beim nächsten Mal eher eine Unterkunft direkt in der Stadt wählen.

Idealne miejsce
Pros:

Nowe, komfortowe i dobrze umeblowane. Wygodne łóżko i super łazienka. Miejsce było bardzo czyste. Na miejscu wygodny parking. Mając samochód można dotrzeć w 5 minut do centrum Beratu. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie dostępne w obiekcie było świetne. Bardzo polecamy, jak będziemy jeszcze kiedyś w Beracie to na pewno zatrzymamy się w tym miejscu.
