Venire qui è stato come stare a casa. Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e c'è un'attenzione al cliente come si vede raramente. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare un check-in anticipato dal momento che la camera era disponibile. Ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli per muoversi a meglio per l'isola. La camere sono belle e soprattutto pulitissime, con tutto ciò che occorre. Anche quando abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema, ci hanno trovato subito la soluzione e sono davvero attenti al comfort del cliente. Colazione buonissima e abbondante. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato!

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel Atlantic è andato molto bene. La posizione è comodissima: siamo a due passi da Ischia Ponte e vicini a Ischia Porto, a pochi metri dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta al capolinea di Ischia Porto (da qui partono tutte le coincidenze per le altre zone dell'isola). Uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel è sicuramente la colazione a buffet: molto ricca e abbondante. Io sono vegana e, avendo segnalato in anticipo la mia scelta alimentare, sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa di trovare il croissant vegano, bevande di soia, riso e avena, una crostata vegana.

Lo staff è molto gentile e premuroso. Purtroppo durante la vacanza mi sono sentita male e un membro dello staff si è prodigato per aiutarmi: ha cercato una farmacia aperta in tarda serata e si è informato anche sulla guardia medica. Un’attenzione che non mi aspettavo.

Nice stay
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was close to everything, especially the beach. The staff was also very helpful.

Cons:

We chose this area especially for a more quiet experience, but every morning we heard a lot of noises coming from the staff cleaning other rooms, or people talking downstairs.
