Struttura sconsigliata

La posizione

Cons:

Accolti all’arrivo da un signore in costume che prendeva il sole e non si è presentato. Ci ha comunicato il numero di camera senza accompagnarci senza fornire informazioni sul soggiorno. La camera era sporca e piena di polvere (vedi foto) i cuscini erano pessimi e il copri piumino era giallo e con i buchi. Cuscini ingialliti e macchiati come pure il materasso. Il materasso era coperto solo da un copri materasso e mancava il lenzuolo. Il dosatore del sapone era vuoto. Nella doccia era dí più l’acqua che usciva dal cordone che dal soffione, per fortuna l’acqua era calda. Scesi sul prato dov’era la piscina gli sdrai erano fatiscenti e sporchi. Scesi alla mattina per fare colazione che si basava su poche cose abbinate al caffè o al cappuccino. Girando da anni l’Alto Adige in lungo e il largo e sapendo la precisione che hanno nell’accoglienza siamo stati molto delusi del trattamento e della struttura.

Может быть в пансионе есть комнаты другого уровня, поэтому прошу обратить внимание, что информация о номере, касается только нашей комнаты. Расположение очень удобное, рядом курорт Мерано, что и влияет на цену проживания. Красивый двор, яблоневый сад, ручей, вдоль которого приятно прогуляться. Очень приятная хозяйка пансионата.
То, что напишу о комнате, это не минус, а просто к сведению для тех, кому это важно. На наш взгляд, уровень комнаты и цена не соответствуют, вся обстановка больше подходит для недорогого молодёжного хостеля, создалось впечатление, что в комнату, в которой мы ночевали, снесли всю мебель, которая практически отжила свой век, но выбросить её жалко. Переночевать одну ночь вполне можно.
Если то, что написала о комнате вас не пугает и цена подходит, то, однозначно стоит рассмотреть, как вариант.

Accoglienza impeccabile:
la signora è di una gentilezza unica e ti fa sentire subito come a casa.
La posizione dell'albergo è splendida, ideale per godersi il soggiorno. La colazione è super abbondante, con tantissima scelta e prodotti di qualità.
Un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente!

Cons:

Unica nota da migliorare: la doccia, un po' sporca e senza shampoo a disposizione.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Atmosphäre war sehr einladend. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend!! Guter Kaffee und sehr guter Apfeltee!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr Italienisch. Man könnte die polsterüberzüge neu kaufen zwischendurch. Die Armaturen im Bad hätten es auch nötig mal gewechselt zu werden. Auch auf dem Handtuchheizer war schon Rost! Aber die Lage und das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Alles idyllisch so wie man sich es vorgestellt! Ach ja die Schauckel und Rutsche vor der Tür fällt schon auseinander.
