This is not supposed to be a hotel, pretty sketchy, I wonder how did they get a 4star hotel. I would suggest booking team to assess this matter and put it into consideration because this is not a hotel standard! In the beginning it was spooky no banners logo on the outside, felt like walking into someone’s house, we were not relieved until we saw other tenants, the towels itself had FT logo in them, thats Fitness Time a gym a Saudi! The bathroom had a used bottle and placed some cheap shampoo in it, the rug was filthy in the room, the housekeeping is their maid, it should not be listed as a hotel period nevertheless 4 stars unbelievable hustle! It was by far the worst stay in addition n all my travels!
الصراحه قليل اقيم الاماكن اللي اسكن فيها لكن تعامل الأستاذ عبدالله واهل المكان جبرني اكتب اللي في خاطري .. صراحه انصح اللي يبي يسكن ويحس انه في بيته وبين اهله يسكن هنا 🤍🌹

اولا المكان مشترك طلبت الالغاء لاني أسره موافقوش وده حقهم لكن اروح الاقي الجناح اللي بيقول عليه مرشوش مبيد حشرات والريحه تجيب اختناق للجميع وكلهم يكحوا مش قادرين يقعدوا قعدت نص ساعه ولميت حاجتي ومشيت وانا واصل من سفر مرهق الساعه 9 وادور علي مكان في نص الليل بسبب حلجه لا يمكن تحملها ويقولي لا أنا هخصم ليله وده بعد تفاوض من بوكينج والله حاجه مقززه
تجربه لا انصح بها وانا خارج والله اول مره اسمع الزوجه تحسبن عليهم بسبب اللي حصلها من ضيق تنفس

Over charging not worth it
Wir haben hier eine Nacht vor dem Flug nach Hause verbracht. Tolles Personal, flexibel und schöne Zimmer. Gern wieder.
Obwohl bei Booking.com Frühstück steht, gibt es das nicht mehr.

أقمت في القصر وكانت تجربة ممتازة
النظافة: الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، وكل التفاصيل الصغيرة كانت متقنة.
الراحة: السرير مريح، والتكييف شغال بكفاءة، والهدوء في المكان ساعدني على النوم بعمق.
الإنترنت : يعمل بكفاءة
الخدمة: طاقم العمل ودود جدًا ومتعاون، دايمًا مبتسمين وبيحاولوا يساعدوا بأي طريقة ممكنة
الموقع: قريب من مول اركان ومول سبانا بلازا وخلفه طريق وصلة دهشور اللي فيه جميع المطاعم والكافيهات المعروفة هو حرفيا في قلب الشيخ زايد وده خلى كل حاجة أسهل.
ما في فطور بس مشكورين العاملين بالفندق طلبوا لي فطار مصري تحفه انا اول مرة اكل بالكميات دي
أنصح جدًا بالإقامة في الفندق، خصوصًا لو بتدور على مكان هادي ونضيف بخدمة ممتازة وسعر مناسب.
أكيد هرجع تاني! واي حد اعرفه نازل مصر يروح بوليفارد بلاس الشيخ زايد مكان اقامه روعة
