The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was nice overlooking the lake. The hotel seems new and was extremely clean with a large comfy bed

Cons:

There were no chairs in the room, not even on the balcony, so we borrowed one from reception. The toilet was positioned in a corner and it was hard to sit on it properly

Excellent value and modern interior design and comfort for westerners and Viet kieu.
Pros:

Modern design for Vietnamese small scale hotel, spacious room, fast internet, good size smart tv, clean and spacious bathroom, hot water flooring. Nice staff and supportive. Location is quiet.

Cons:

Wish there is an available gym on premise or contracted gym for hotel guest.

New, modern & peaceful hotel
Pros:

Very new, modern & clean - close to the night market, and overlooking the lake so nice views from the balcony. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet - there is not the construction noise issues mentioned in earlier reviews anymore!

Cons:

Nothing, would happily stay here again!
