The stay was average
Pros:

Definitely the location. Some of the people made the place magical.

Cons:

The shower was leaking during our entire stay. We had to consistently use all the towels to dry up the bathroom and the team still didn’t pick up that there was an issue with the shower.

Except that, your light are not enough for the room, it's bit dark, please put more light,and the passage light was not working and the door blocker is broken...otherwise everything was OK.

It is nice that the hotel is within the Mall. Staff are friendly and helpfull..

Cons:

The room had marks against the walls and cupboard doors. It needs some TLC. Aircon does not work as it should.
