Disappointing accommodation
Pros:

Open view bathroom

Cons:

The passages are small....
Lots of directions before you reach the actual reception....
Security at the first boom gate looked confused..not knowing the directions to the reception..
Doors are white and not so clean....
No space in rooms at all....
Old furniture.....
Bed makes noise when sleeping on it, chair is old nje🫢....
The cleaning ladies do not wipe the doors, Aircon buttons light switches... dust yhoo at the bathroom
Ohhh and the staff is not so welcoming...the guys at the reception were not so welcoming when I was checking in...the one that was there when I came in did not even lift his head to see what I wanted....then the other one came and started shouting out my details for everyone in the lobby to hear...not so professional
Booked for 2 but there is always one bottle of water 🤷🏻‍♀️

The stay was average
Pros:

Definitely the location. Some of the people made the place magical.

Cons:

The shower was leaking during our entire stay. We had to consistently use all the towels to dry up the bathroom and the team still didn’t pick up that there was an issue with the shower.
