Mi è piaciuto assolutamente, se dovessi tornare tornerei proprio in questo Hotel. Check-in che fai da solo, tutto pulito, ho già trovato l'aria condizionata accesa al mio arrivo con una stanza freschissima. Non c'è la reception, quindi questo posto non è per quelli che devono stressare l'anima ai receptionist, è per persone autonome e che sanno adattarsi alla vita.
Tutto pulitissimo, posizione perfetta, quartiere sicuro, a due passi dal centro, dalla Piazza di Commercio, dalla via principale dove troverete qualsiasi bar, ristorante o negozio che vi serva. Il personale delle pulizie gentilissimo, attentissimi alle mie esigenze, mi hanno chiesto se volevo gli asciugamani cambiati ma essendo che ero sola, ne avevo già un paio in più. Ringrazio veramente perché avete reso il mio soggiorno perfetto. (La vista sulla piazza dietro, non ricordo come si chiama, toglie il fiato. La sera passavo almeno una mezz'ora a guardare fuori)

La limpieza y la ubicación

Cons:

El último día de mi estancia alguien se hizo caca en la puerta del hotel(así,como suena)en la calle, cuando llegamos algún cliente del hotel la había pisado y estendido por la escalera del hotel con el correspondiente olor y cabreo del cliente (imagino) las manchas llegaban hasta el ascensor.
Si tuvieran una recepción nocturna y diurna estoy se podría haber evitado.
Por lo demás mi estancia fue genial.
Lo recomiendo.

Pros:

O hotel é bem centralizado, facilitando muito a locomoção. As roupas de camas e banho são boas e o quarto é bem equipado, correspondendo as fotos. Tudo estava perfeito. O funcionário que me atendeu foi super solicito e simpático. Tem lugar para guardar as bagagens sem custo. Gostei muito e voltaria, com certeza.

Excelente hospedagem!
Pros:

Excelente acomodação. Perto dos principais pontos de Lisboa e está localizado em uma área plana. Quarto e banheiro amplos, limpos e confortáveis. Vista do quarto também excelente. Importante destacar que há um lance de escadas para chegar ao elevador e os carros de aplicativo/táxis não conseguem parar na porta mas como ele fica quase na esquina de uma rua comum, o caminho é super curto e não atrapalha em nada. Excelente comunicação com o hotel também é um diferencial.

Cons:

Nenhum ponto negativo. A hospedagem foi excelente.

Great location, very clean room, but communication with the hotel staff could have been better.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the room itself was very nice. It was hot while we were there so it was really nice to have air conditioning.

Cons:

The communication was poor. There was a fire alarm on one night and nobody returned our calls or emails or VRBO app messages. We waited outside with no communication on when it was safe to go back in. We finally went back in on our own. we received an email the next day but I was frustrated that nobody from the hotel called us back or came to the hotel to tell us it was safe to go back in. Also, it was small and the wheelchair lift was not working so it was not very accommodating to someone who has a bad knee and stairs are hard (You have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the elevator).
