Localização é ótima e o quarto amplo e muito silencioso
O elevador que chega ao andar térreo estava estragado e dificultou a subida das bagagens

Departamento muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico. Ideal para recorrer Lisboa.
Hay que subir un piso con escalera. Luego tiene ascensor.
No se puede llegar en auto hasta la puerta del edificio.

La ubicación es excelente, a unos minutos de la Plaza de comercio de Lisboa, el personal fue muy amable y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, tienen espacio para dejar tus maletas en caso de que llegues y la habitación no este lista
Hay que tener cuidado en las calles aledañas ya que puede ponerse peligroso, pero si se va con cuidado no hay mayor tema

This location was perfect to get around Lisbon. Safe and accessible to all the wonderful sites.
I have nothing negative to say other than the fact that there was a few steps to get up to the elevator, but we managed even at 70+ years
The location is overall very convenient since it is very close to Rossio Square, where a lot of buses stop by and where there is a metro station. However, it is in a seedier part of Rossio Square and expect to see many homeless people/solicitors while you are heading back.
The room itself is small but has everything you need. There is an electric kettle and utensils in a common area on the 3rd floor. The fridge runs constantly even without the keycard in the room, which is very convenient.
The noise insulation is very, very good.
It can feel unsafe at night due to the location. We were asked if we wanted drugs by somebody (common tourist scam).
There isn't really a reception, only a hotel worker who is present during the day if there are any questions or concerns. There are 3 whatsapp numbers you can contact during other hours. Our keycard stopped working, so we had to contact the staff at around 9 PM. The issue was resolved in around 45 minutes, since it took some time for the staff to see our messages.
Also, for the check-in process, we got a text from the hotel staff via whatsapp. To be clear, we only got one message from booking regarding the check-in. This is likely due to English not being their first language, but the message seemed rude for a hotel:
"We have sent you several emails requesting that you complete the online check-in...We need to send you the details for monday and without that complete is not possible. Here we sent you the link again. Please pay attention to this matter. Regards Ana."
