Pros:

La habitación es cómoda y con el clima la estancia es muy confortable, el adicional fue la alberca

No hemos recibido ningún tipo de atención por parte de los propietarios. Llegas allí, hay una puerta de aceso que se cierra por la tarde noche y tampoco te explican como acceder. Mala comunicación, solo destacaría en positivo que el espacio es muy bonito y los trabajadores que han estado atentos y gracias a ellos pudimos tener algo más de información.

Modernes Hotel mit großem Potenzial, aber schwachem Service

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und architektonisch ansprechend gebaut.
Die Zimmer sind groß, hochwertig eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr komfortabel.
Der Wasserdruck im Bad war gut.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es erhebliche Probleme mit Lärm, Sauberkeit, Poolzustand sowie mit der Warm- und Wasserversorgung.
Am gravierendsten war jedoch, dass es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gab und keine proaktive Kommunikation seitens des Hotels erfolgte.
Auf Kontaktversuche per WhatsApp und über Booking wurde nicht reagiert, obwohl uns genau diese Wege genannt wurden.

Pros:

Segunda vez que me alojo esta vez con amigos. Estás perdido en medio de la nada pero conectado con la naturaleza pura y dura. Estás una auténtica pasada. El chico de la piscina es un sol y cenar en la cocina común de arriba mientras atardece es éxtasis puro

La comunicación con los gestores no es del todo fluida, la verdad, pero se compensa cuando llegas ahí 😍

Beautiful and highly recommended

- Location and the views are amazing. Love that it's secluded and private.
- The property is beautiful and very well maintained
- You can find everything for cooking
- Love that they have AC
- The rooms and bathroom are very clean and spacious

- The pool looks dirty
- Communication was terrible. It's kind of a guess which house it is because there are no signs. There is no cell phone reception, so I just had to remember kind of what the photos looked like. No one communicates with you prior to arrival, so it's until you get there and message them, that they tell you which room you are on.
- Worst part was coming back from dinner and finding the gate closed, no cell phone reception, no prior instruction on how to get in. We had to drive back to a place with signal and it took us 30 minutes to contact them so they could tell us how to get in.
- I highly recommend this place, but make sure you get all your details prior to arrival.

Enclave único pero falta de información
Pros:

La ubicación a pesar de estar perdido en mitad de una montaña el enclave es una maravilla.

Cons:

Volví tarde y cuando quise entrar la cancela principal de la finca estaba cerrada, no está demás que te digan cómo entrar y salir en el check in pues abajo no hay nada de cobertura y te puedes ver teniendo que volver a viajar de noche para encontrar cobertura y que te digan cómo entrar… porque llevaba moto y conseguí entrar por el lateral de malas maneras. Y en la zona de la piscina la vista es espectacular, podría mejorar si instalaran una ducha y acabarán la obra del lateral que afea el rincón

Pros:

Hay mucha tranquilidad en la zona, se escuchan las aves por la mañana, y puedes verlas volar alrededor. Buena vista hacia el mar. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, es amplia, fresca y cómoda.

Privacidad y tranquilidad de la zona, paisaje. Si tu plan es cocinar debes llevar provisiones ya que no hay muchas tiendas cerca. El lugar cuenta con los utensilios necesarios y agua.

La casa es un lujo auténtico. Si buscas tranquilidad, un lugar precioso decorado y con unas vistas alucinantes este es el lugar. Alargamos un día más nuestra estancia porque no nos queríamos ir. Ojalá volver pronto porque es una maravilla. Y las personas que limpian la casa son muy agradables.

Cómo único detalle a tener en cuenta es que la puerta de la urbanización no siempre está abierta por lo que tendrán que pasar por una entrada que hay a mano izquierda, pero que sí van de noche cuesta un poco verla.

Mi recomendación es que lleguen antes de que anochezca para que vean la belleza real de la casa.
