Complains I was not satisfied and I don't I will consider bookings again because of such complains.
Pros:

The room is too big I really enjoyed the stay

Cons:

The issue of check in and out remember we visit for different purposes I thought once you check in you have full freedom to enter and exit the premises until such te you check out, I didn't like the restrictions of waiting at the gate having to call and wait for the receptionist to call I think it will be better if we are given the key, remote or even a code to open so that you can enter and exit the premises without any restrictions. Again the issue of not allowing 2 guests and pay extra money if you want to add, most bookings cover 2 guests automatically
