9階の部屋から、琵琶湖を望むロケーションは最高でした。
Pros:

宿泊した部屋が良く、ロケーションが最高でした。
清潔感も有り、気持ちよく寛ぐことが出来ました。

Cons:

不満では有りませんが、ウエルカムドリンクや夜食の準備があり、サービスを受けることは出来るのですが指定の場所まで足を運ばなければなりませんでした。他の所では全て客室まで運んでくれたところも有り、その印象から少し残念に感じてしまいました。

Fantastic hotel with outstanding views

Fantastic location with amazing views of lake Biwa. Food was outstanding, especially dinner. Lovely onsen with the lake view.

Pros:

We loved everything. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, the staff is amazing (hotel manager please give them a raise!), the food served is delicious, the view is incredible, the bath experience is perfect. The stay made us want to plan a vacation around Lake Biwa next time we are in Japan. AMAZING

一長一短です。
Pros:

環境、設備、サービス、食事、すべてにおいて非の打ちどころがありません。

Cons:

宿泊は2階で、部屋に入るとすぐにトイレの下水のような強い臭いがしました。窓を開けて換気してもその臭いは消えず、バルコニーから室内に入っても強く感じられました。

他の人には教えたくない最高のホテル
Pros:

全てにおいて期待以上でした。今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番よかったです。平日は安くなるのでお得でした。スタッフ皆さんが、このホテルでの仕事に誇りと楽しみを持ってされているように感じました。食事も非常に美味しいし、ゆっくり過ごせました。

On ne peut pas faire mieux ! Hâte de revenir !
Pros:

L'emplacement incroyable au bord du lac Biwa(une navette gratuite a disposition par l'hotel de la gare à l'établissement). La beauté de l'hôtel, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, le professionnalisme de Miyoko qui était très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Les repas étaient incroyables ( le master chef Maeda Yoshihiro a adapté nos repas en fonction de nos allergies). Le plus incroyable se sont les bains onsen extérieurs qui donnent directement sur le lac, un endroit de rêve on ne peut pas faire mieux !

Excellent !I give 10！

Everything.
The room was so
clean and no unlikable smell.
The dinner course
was superb!It left
us po full and very satisfied!And to
my most satisfying moment
was the pistachio dessert!Did the Chef knew it was my favorite?Hahaha!
My husband and daughter really
enjoyed too.We are planning to come back in the autumn season.
