値段よりはお得に感じました。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。外観はやや古い感じだが、内部は綺麗で十分快適に過ごす事ができた。

Cons:

共有スペースにいる動物(猫？)のフンが夜あり、朝に掃除はされていましたがしばらく臭いが気になりました。
