Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer wunderschönen Umgebung von Natur, direkt am Fichtelberg.
Das positive sind für mich, dass man konstenlos, direkt am Hotel parken kann, es bestehen ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste, natürlich auch eine E-Ladestation.
Das Hotel hat ein schönes Wellness Bereich, wunderschönes Restaurant.
Das Personal kümmert sich professionell und sehr freundlich um alle Gäste.

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat Nichts gefehlt, für die Zukunft wäre es schön ein Fitnessraum zu planen.

Pros:

Užili jsme si příjemný pobyt v krásném horském prostředí. Hotel je opravdu na klidném místě a přes noc bylo absolutně ticho, nerušili ani sousedé v pokoji. Snídaně průměrné, každý den stejná nabídka, uvítala bych více čerstvého ovoce a zeleniny, čerstvé pečivo a buchty. Wellnes jsme využívali a bylo sice menší, ale příjemné.
Měli jsme s sebou psa, poplatek je vyšší 20 €/den, v okolí hotelu spousta míst na vycházky a vyjížďky na kole.

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragender Lage zum wandern und späteren Relaxen im Wellnessbereich
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage zum wandern auf und um den Fichtelberg, sowie Oberwiesenthal und Tschechien. Außerdem war der Wellness-Bereich mit kleinem Schwimmbad toll!
