Important information:

When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

We have no parking facilities on site and directly outside the hotel there are double red lines which means we do not have a drop off/pick up area for luggage. Before parking in one the recommended car parks below, the best place to park to drop off safely is the Reading Station Short Stay Car Park which is free for 20 minutes and is located opposite the hotel.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish . Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Not too bad.
Pros:

Cons:

Air condition is broken，Windows is completely locked . So it is very hot at night，hotter than outside！空调坏了，窗户封死的，晚上闷热难熬，比大街上还闷热多了，热得无法入睡。

Too expensive for what’s on offer.

Good location

Cons:

No hot water. Got offered a new room on different floor but as it was almost 10pm I declined. Not impressed when room service was delivered and card machine would not work and was asked why I didn’t allow extras on my card (er, because this was not offered as an option at reception!). Room tired and dated.

Pros:

Location. Room size. The breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Abbey, museum and river all in minutes of walking...great place to stay if you don't want the big city rat race vibe on your first day in country.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, das wir weiter empfehlen können!
Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das gut temperierte Zimmer haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und wir haben auf den traumhaften Matratzen gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war excellent und das Personal überaus freundlich.
Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise dort und kommen gern wieder!

Good location but a bit dingy
Pros:

Good location and the staff were accommodating in finding us a quieter room

Cons:

It was just a bit dingy - everything was grey, there was no art in the corridors, and the room was very dark. Also, the AC didn't really work and it was baking hot.

A bit disappointing
Pros:

Good location - ideal for getting to Henley Regatta and the station

The 'suite' was really tired. I think, for the price, I would expect it not to be tired looking, the shower leaking out of the shower door etc

We are returning customers

This accommodation is super convenient to Reading station and therefore Heathrow. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous.
