Location good large bed, but car parking considerable walk away
Very poor night's sleep on second night. Despite only request quiet room and prepared to upgrade, Arguing from room next door shouting banging swearing until 3.25 am, when guests were thrown out of hotel. Reported to reception next day only to be informed the hotel had issues with guests in past!!!
Good sized room, well equipped. Friendly staff and right by the train station. Very good breakfast
Not cheap, but I guess that's how it is.
Breakfast expensive , cheaper options in the town .
Liked the feel and decor. Staff were amazing and good very good too. Very clean and felt safe here as a solo female traveller.

Everything very good

Great location for the railway station and the town centre. Very quiet at night. Great breakfast with many choices.
The seal on the shower door wasn't great, so the floor got very wet every time the shower was used.
The bed was comfortable and the bath was larger then a standard hotel
I was asked for a quiet room. The next hotel room had small children who were noise until 7 pm then the pubs were extremely noise until 12 midnight. Then a lorry pull up..Wheeling community bins into the train station until 2 am. Then 5.30 am you could here people going to work. I got 1 hour sleep just before I went to a festival. Not happy
Comfy bed,good size tv
Taps in bathroom
Very close to the station, very clean, reception polite and helpful. Air conditioning
Rooms were well appointed and staff were pleasant.
Hotel is close to railway station.
Our rooms view was of an interior wall. The rooms access required negotiating about 6 steep steps with luggage. The room lighting was dark.
Paid for a suite and got a room with no aircon. Was offered a smaller room and wine for compensation. Trying not to drink so asked if they could offer something else. Still waiting months later …….
Fan in suite
Location good and breakfast excellent
air conditioning was broken down and reception lied about it. Requested a room move to a room with air con as my room in middle of hotel room temp was in excess of 30deg C. Very little sleep woke in a pool of sweat.
Room should not have been let as wa sinhabitable due to heat. It wa snot hot outside but window would not open more than 5cm and noise from outside was like a pack of hyenas all night till 4 am (adjacent late night bar or something going on in alley way).
