A pleasant and comfortable stay with kind staff, a great location
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my parents during their stay, and they were very satisfied with the experience. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout their stay, especially Gokhan and Ali, who made them feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was also very good and matched our expectations perfectly, as the hotel is quite close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The breakfast was good, with enough variety and quality to start the day well. Overall, they had a pleasant stay, and we would be happy to choose this hotel again.

Cons:

The only small point to mention is that the rooms were a bit small and there was not much extra space, but this did not affect the overall positive experience.

Nice staff with good English and helpful

Cons:

Washroom was smelly . Towels and linen need to be updated . It was very old . Breakfast could be better . Having fresh breads . There was a lot of jam no butter . No coffee available. Air conditioner was leaking and dripping on the bed .

Exceptional service and peace of mind for solo travelers!
Pros:

I booked a two-night stay for my mother, who was traveling alone and does not speak Turkish. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The entire team was professional and kind, but I want to give a special thanks to the manager, Gokhan Tugran.

Gokhan was truly an angel—he made the check-in process completely hassle-free so my mother could head straight to her room to rest after her journey. He and the staff handled all of her luggage with care, and his English communication was excellent, which made everything so much easier. He even went above and beyond by arranging her airport taxi and texting me personally to confirm she had checked out safely and was on her way.

The hotel itself was spotless, well-equipped, and served a fantastic breakfast. It’s located in a wonderful part of town, making it feel very safe and convenient. I am so grateful for the care they showed my mother. Highly recommended!

Pros:

It was good value and clean.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for my parents. I had requested an airport shuttle, and they assured me someone would pick them up. However, on the day of their arrival, the hotel simply instructed me to arrange a taxi.

Furthermore, they changed their room because the last floor lacked an elevator. They also requested that their luggage be left behind. Finally, the room only had towels for one person.

Pros:

It was a great location, near the mall and all the shops and restaurants, and you can even walk to the bus station if you don't have heavy luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was very happy there.
