Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect and in vicinity to the shopping center. The room was super clean and nice. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Emir. The breakfast included was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Vantalya Otel.
Pros:

Great hotel with good location near the main street. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and so helpful especially Mr. Gokhan. Room service was acceptable, they provided everything we request.

Centrale ma non adatto a chi viaggia in auto
Pros:

Hotel complessivamente moderno con stsnze non molto grandi ma comunque confortevoli. Staff gentile e dispinibile. Colazione più che discreta.

Cons:

Niente in particolare ma va detto che l'hotel è in uma zona di mercato, piuttosto trafficata di giorno e molto difficile da attraversare in auto. Parcheggio di fatto impossibile.

If I come back to Van, my first choice will be Vantalya hotel again!
Pros:

The staffs are awesome! Emir and his colleague are fluent in English. I appreciate the hospitality and the given support during my stay. They promptly addressed an issue I had. The breakfast variety was more than my expectation and the quality was good.

Cons:

The city is not touristic and the neighborhood is busy during the day and night. Clubs and bars are noisy until late at night. The mosque nearby plays Azan 5 times a day. But consider that non of the above mentioned downsides are related to the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great central location, making it very easy to reach different parts of the city. Many attractions, shops, and restaurants are even within walking distance.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The receptionist was especially professional, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel comfortable.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and excellent hospitality. We truly appreciate all your efforts and would be happy to stay here again.

I recommend this hotel. You will love the staff.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helping. You feel that they care about theor guests and their desires. The staff aimed at your satisfaction and it was a great stay.

Cons:

Just one time there was a bad smell in the corridor. It was annoying but they fixed it in a few hours.
Slso the beds are a little too soft. It would be great if they can have beds more comfortable.

Perfect stay for family and couples in central location, superb staff and comfortable accommodation

Staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and positive energy
Breakfast is good
Rooms are spacious and with airconditioning which is rare in this city. In general good wifi connectivity.

Cons:

Cleanness can be better. It was not dirty but clearly the cleaners seemed not to pay close attention. Also we requested 3times to have our rooms cleaned and although frontdesk passed the message, the cleaners simply neglected us and you heard them complain all the time.

It was good as 3 star hotel and do not expect more.
Pros:

Location were good for whom like to walk. Breakfast was good but not as expected. Staff were kind and helpful. It was silent at night and shops and dinning facilities were near.

Cons:

Using car was difficult because of crowded old bazar area. Room and Bathroom were not well. Water leakage and bad smell in bathroom. Room service did not provide daily procedures and routines. Requested maintenance for bathroom was not successful.

Super hôtel, allez y les yeux fermés !
