Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming, its ideally located for the train station and the food was lovely.

Cons:

Upstairs corridor a little tired - but room was lovely.

Excellent!
Pros:

Location is definitely 10/10, less than 100m from Tasch train station and only a 15-min train rode from Zermatt. It’s also close to Coop. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a junior suite room which was immaculate. Breakfast is also included which kicks off a day full of touring and sightseeing to a good start. The staff are also amazing. May not be in the town of Zermatt but good alternative for a short stay in the area.

Nice, convenient place to stay near Zermatt
Pros:

Very conveniently located next to the train station. Very easy travel by train to Zermatt. A few restaurants close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view out of our window. The breakfast was a good sized buffet with lots of variety.

Cons:

The convenience of being close to the train station also meant train noise until about 10 pm and starting up again at 6 am. It really didn’t disrupt us too much. The trains run maybe every 20 minutes.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. We just put towels underneath and that seemed to help.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon. Das Hotel liegt ideal direkt neben dem Bahnhof von Täsch und dem Zermatt Shuttle. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Viel günstiger als in Zermatt.

The beds were like cement, when asked if we could borrow a bowl and spoon from the breakfast room, they charged us for them!

Et virkelig dejligt hotel , hvor der er parkering i kælderen og med en fantastisk morgenmad og så ligger hotellet lige ved togstationen så det er nemt at komme til Zamat og videre til Matterhorn .

Der var ikke noget at udsætte på stedet .

Günstiger Ort, um nach Zerrmat und dem Matterhorn zu gelangen!
Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof zur Weiterfahrt nach Zerrmat; Die Nutzung der Hoteltiefgarage bis zum Abend des Abreisetages;

Cons:

Die Geräuschdämmung der Fenster (Zugverkehr) - aber das weiß man, wenn man direkt am Bahnhof sich einquartiert!

The hotel was very clean. Room was adequate in size. Dinner at the hotel was very good. Breakfast was great.

Below ground parkade spaces were very small and overall spaces were limited.
