Pros:

Die Lage direkt neben der Zugstation war perfekt für einen Tagestrip nach Zermatt und weiter hoch Richtung Matterhorn. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen riesigen Balkon mit tollem Ausblick. Ein Parkhaus war direkt unter dem Hotel und sogar mit einem Aufzug verbunden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten standen gegenüber vom Hotel zur Verfügung.

Hyvä sijainti ja kiva hotelli.
Pros:

Siisti paikka, perus aamiainen, juna-asema vieressä, mutta se ei häirinnyt yhtään, hyvä tukikohta vuoristoon mentäessä.

Cons:

Jääkaappi huoneessa olisi ollut kiva.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Zermatt.
Pros:

Wir konnten bereits vor dem Check-in unser Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen und bequem mit dem Zug nach Zermatt fahren. Die Bahnstation liegt unmittelbar neben dem Hotel, trotzdem war das Zimmer ruhig. Wir haben ein Upgrade zu einem Superior Zimmer erhalten, das wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig war. Tolles Bad, bequeme Betten und ein großer Balkon.

Cons:

Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man auch hätte draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken können.

Zweckmäßige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor Zermatt zum für die Region günstigen Preis
Pros:

Täsch ist der letzte Ort im Tal, den man mit Privatfahrzeug befahren darf. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, von wo aus Zermatt (Aussicht aufs Matterhorn) erreicht werden kann.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine praktische Tiefgarage.
Gutes Restaurant fürs Abendessen.

Cons:

Täscherhof besteht aus 2 Gebäuden. Der Altbau wirkt wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer erfüllt zur Übernachtung vor Zermatt seinen Zweck, das Mobiliar, Holzverkleidungen, Bad etc. sind leider sehr ramponiert.
Dagegen war das Restaurant überraschend gut. Möglicherweise liefert das neuere Gebäude einen besseren Standard.
Die Rezeptionistin brauchte minutenlang, meinen Namen zu finden. Um 14:00 Uhr war es leider nicht möglich, das Zimmer zu bekommen. Wurde kategorisch abgelehnt. Erst nach 16:00 Uhr!
