Pros:

Nous séjournons dans la vieille partie de l'hôtel et la literie et oreillers sont de très mauvaises qualité. L'hôtel est donc très cher pour la prestation et pas de clim!

Good option if you want to avoid cost of staying in Zermatt. Remember to factor in the train tix tho
Pros:

We stayed in the modern part which was more spacious and comfortable than the original building. Proximity to station.

Cons:

The old part smelled a bit and it being next to the railway line you could hear the trains.

Le prix ! Et la proximité de la gare pour zermatt en pouvant garer sa voiture pendant tout le séjour parking sous l'hôtel pour 10 fch/jour

La douche un peu vieux jeu : je n'aime pas les rideaux de douche ;!!!

Una visita al Cervino
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel perfetta a pochi passi dalla stazione del treno per poter visitare Zermatt, il posteggio privato coperto e comodo. Camera pulita, wi-fi funzionante, buona la colazione variegata e personale abbastanza gentile.

Cons:

Ambiente e personale un po’ freddino, letto scomodo e il cibo del ristorante non speciale.

okay for a night but could be cheaper as one can find better hotels with similar price.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My late check-in request was promptly resolved and I received response whenever I contacted the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty basic, the room creeked and was facing the train station which was loud at times because of the trains, had to go through a narrow and steep stairway to get to the room.

Un bon emplacement a prix abordable aux abords de Zermatt.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
Parking sur place en supplément.
Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

À noter que la chambre single est située dans l'ancien bâtiment, avec un accès pas très facile: petits couloirs à traverser et petit escaliers escarpés à grimper, très mansardé, bref, pas indiqué pour toute personne.

Le lit de notre chambre familiale, bien que très moderne et très agréable, grinçait énormément

Toplocatie vlak bij de trein naar Zermatt en toch hoor je geen enkele trein.

Excellent Location and Good Room . Dont expect more.
Pros:

The hotel upgraded us to a suite, with exceptional facilities. Excellet location, just opposite Train station. Bed was comfortable. Good Breakfast.

Cons:

No coffe maker in the Room, No Aircon or even Fan. No bathroom ameneties, except just a small soap. When asked , they dont provide any of this facilities, just room alone .The Reception staff can be a little more courteous.
