Séjour plutôt agréable
Pros:

Le personnel était sympathique et soucieux de satisfaire les clients.

Cons:

Petit bémol : la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas le premier soir. Cela dit, le personnel a réagi vite et efficacement, et nous a même offert un geste commercial pour s’excuser du désagrément.

Si hay algo que destacaría de nuestra estancia en el Alhambra Thalasso Hammamet es, sin duda, el personal. Desde que llegamos hasta el último día, todo el equipo nos trató con una amabilidad y cercanía excepcionales.

Mención especial para Hadil, del departamento de atención al cliente: sensacional. Muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada y con una disposición a ayudar que se agradece muchísimo. Un lujo tenerla ahí.

El equipo de animación merece un 10 sin discusión: energía, simpatía y ganas de que todo el mundo, grandes y pequeños, lo pasara bien en cada actividad. Se nota que disfrutan con su trabajo y eso se contagia.

Los camareros también fueron un diez aparte: muy atentos a todo, pendientes de cualquier detalle, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta. Queremos destacar especialmente a Kahlaoui Wael, un camarero excepcional, siempre pendiente de la mesa y con un trato exquisito de principio a fin.

En general, el personal del hotel — recepción, restaurante, animación, atención al cliente — hace que te sientas cuidado en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de esos hoteles donde el trato humano está a la altura de las instalaciones. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Nourriture ok le reste est à désirer

Le choix de la restauration est appréciable et la nourriture était diversifiée et bonne.

Cons:

Quelle déception, aucun sens du client les hôtesses d’accueil sont très hautaines et répond de manière très froide, très peu de chaleur humaine. Le service hôtelier 0, pas de cafetière pas de bouilloire pas de serviette à notre arrivée. Nous avons contacté 6 fois la réception et attendu 4h pour obtenir nos services de bain… ce n’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles… le prix est assez élevé pour ce 3etoiles. Je ne recommande pas, la piscine est minuscule nous sommes les uns sur les autres. Et les commerciaux pour la partie soin manque de tact. Concernant les informations plusieurs sons de cloches concernant les réductions. L’hôtel est très vieux et la plage n’est pas en accès direct et très petite.

لم تكن مثل ما أتوقع في هذا الفندق

صاحب التك توك من الهوتيل الي البحر ومطعم اللي ع البحر

Cons:

عدم التنظيف الجناح بعد مكالمات كتيرة حتي جاؤا للتنظيف لايوجد حداد في الغرفة وعندما طلبت مكوي ملابس لم يتم توفيرها وقالوا لي الي الصبح وانا كلمتهم الساعة 6.30 مساء

والفندق قديم لاتوجد بيه صيانات حديثة مثل الغرف وأحواض السباحة وكانت المطابخ او بمعني البار اللي ع المسبح غير نظيف
