Disappointing stay - room definitely did not include the features as were listed. Not recommended.
Cons:

The listing was extremely misleading - I thought I was booking a motel but this was actually just a room in someone's house! Feature listed were not provided - there was no working WiFi, no private entrance (I was woken at 4am but someone using the supposedly "private" entrance) and the room was definitely not soundproofed as we could hear everything outside the room. Not sure where the garden view or patio was either - outside looked pretty average. I was also charged an additional $30 for an "extra" person even though I booked 2 adults. Overall very disappointed.
