Hot water needs to be hotter
Location is great! Cleaner always does an awesome job each day, thank you 🙏 sound proofing is quite good, so good it’s hard to hear air raid sirens so best to sleep with window open if want to be aware of Russian attacks!
Hot water is ok but could be hotter. Hard to come back from a day out and you just want a hot shower but can’t get the water hot enough.
Silicone sealing around inside of the shower in room 304 could be redone. Mould is evident and looks gross!

Чисто, затишно, зручне ліжко і загалом в номері було комфортно.
Двері чужих номерів закриваються досить гучно - це заважало спати. Вид з вікна не дуже.
