Worth every Euro!
Pros:

Great location near Shkoder
The staff was very kind and helpful
The hotel is clean and has great farm to visit

A good rest for one night.
Pros:

Likes the large pool and A la carte restaurant.

Cons:

A bit dated, breakfast buffet very cheap quality and jit of 4 star resort level. Organisation at the buffet breakfast was terrible with the bar top full of used glasses, coffee and tea dispenser empty even though we arrived 15 mins breakfast opened.

Absolutely beautiful place — comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, in a perfect location. The owners are incredibly lovely, kind, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Wat een fantastisch hotel en personeel!
Pros:

Het hotel en vooral het personeel heeft service zeer hoog in het vaandel staan! Ze helpen je met alles en niets is te gek! De kamer was fantastisch ruim en zeer schoon, de bedden heerlijk en de koelkast op de kamer perfect voor het koel houden van onze producten voor onderweg!
Het zwembad was zeer groot, schoon en uitgebreid. Echt een paradijs voor de kids en stiekem ook voor ons zelf!
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en vers!

Cons:

Er viel ons helemaal niets tegen.

Pros:

Great breakfast with many options. Many outdoor areas. The pools are great fit for the whole family, young children can enjoy the pools and the small waterpark. Farm animals in the new farm.

Sehr gastfreundlich, ein schönes Schwimmbad und ein äußerst erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

ungewöhnlich freundlicher Gastgeber. Jeder unseren Wünsche wurde erfüllt auch die die schwer zu erfüllen waren, wie z.B. die Nutzung des Schwimmbades ab 20:00 Uhr. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal zurück!

Určite sa sem niekedy vrátim.
Pros:

V Albánsku sme vyskúšali už desiatky rôznych ubytovaní v budgete max 60 EUR/noc. Môžem s istotou povedať, že toto bolo to najlepšie zo všetkých. Skvelý a profesionálny personál s výbornou angličtinou. Na recepcii nám vyšli v ústrety vo všetkom čo sme potrebovali. Aleál rezortu, bazény, atrakcie boli skvelé. Izby čisté a pohodlné. Raňajky boli niečo neskutočné - jedny z najväčších buffetových stolov aké som zažil. Nechýbalo nič. Personál sa nás na raňajkách neustále pýtal, či niečo nepotrebujeme. Išiel by som tam znovu už iba kvôli tým raňajkám. Bol to zážitok. A bonusom bolo to, že na recepcii nám oznámili, že po check-oute môžeme zostať ešte celý deň pri bazénoch. Lepší hotel som v Albánsku ešte nezažil a to tam jazdíme už 6 rokov každoročne.

Pros:

This accommodation was fantastic! We stayed with our two young children, and they enjoyed every minute of our stay, especially the swimming pool with the kids’ slides. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful and relaxing experience for the whole family. Highly recommended!

The only negative experience we had was completely beyond the accommodation’s control. Unfortunately, another family allowed their child to urinate in the pool, and their daughter was also quite rough with other children, including ours.

The pool opens at 10:00 a.m., which we initially felt was a little late, especially with young children. However, we soon understood why the staff thoroughly deep-clean the entire pool area every morning before opening. Well done to them for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness!

Pokoje czyste klimatyzacja sprawna. Obsługa bardzo miła.

Cons:

Kot nam wskoczył na pizze -) na zewnątrz ale to nic takiego polował.
Wszysko na prawdę na dobrym poziomie.
