Great location, friendly staff, loved the welcome fruit and bottle of port! Room was huge and comfortable. The only criticism is the lack of water pressure in the shower, but otherwise perfect!

I came directly from the hospital after falling on the way to the airport and breaking my shoulder the staff were very friendly and easily accessible for everything I needed

Overall good experience
Pros:

Rooms are neat and clean. But are a bit dated in its furniture - a bit tired. Needs a overall soft revamp. Breakfast offerings were limited esp after 2-3 days stay. Location was excellent. Very near public transport hubs. Staff are pleasant.

Cons:

Get a room on a high floor - road noise is sometimes a problem.
