Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations.
Pros:

Nothing in particular stood out positively during my stay.

Cons:

I booked a 5-night stay but left after 3 nights due to multiple unresolved issues.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly—it would shut off after about 2 minutes each time, making the room very uncomfortable. There was also no reliable hot water. Although an instantaneous water heater was installed, the main switch repeatedly tripped.

The listing photos are misleading, as it is not clear which room is being booked, and the actual room did not meet expectations. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils.

Communication was very disappointing. I sent two messages through Booking and did not receive any response.

Additional issues included a very small shower and old windows that became noisy even with slight wind.

Due to these problems and the lack of response, I decided to leave early. I informed the property and left the keys outside the door upon departure.

Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend this property.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und der Check-in sowie check-out war sehr leicht. Ich empfehle das Hotel jedem weiter

Great value for the price, good conections to the city centre, very near the beach.
Pros:

The apartment was nice; we had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking. Very near the bus station, connected to the city centre with public transport. The apartment was big, with a balcony. Great value for the price, I would recommend this apartment.

Cons:

The kitchen was a bit dark, but that is just how the apartment is laid out. Still great :D

Расположение на улице с кучей магазинчиков.Стоянка частная (нашли с трудом) Номера расположены на втором этаже по крутой лестнице. Чтобы попасть к морю нужно пройти через гостиницу. Были в конце сентября одну ночь перед вылетом.
Бельё идеально чистое!
Но небыло одеял. Написала персоналу. Ответ был :"Ещё тепло-не положено"))

A little...it's important to note that the place is basic but clean.

Cons:

There was a very difficult problem with finding the place, the address on the website is not accurate, in the end we received an explanation in "Greek" and we were unable to contact them. A real disappointment !

Pros:

Μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και είχε πάρκινγκ. Αυτά ήταν τα πιο σημαντικά θετικά.

Cons:

Πολύ στενή η ντουζιέρα και δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα σαπούνι για τα χέρια. Το ξέρω ότι δεν το αναφέρετε, αλλά μας φάνηκε παράξενο..

Very clean apartment with comfortable bed, air-conditioning and good equipped kitchen. Walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and a bus stop that goes to the centre of Herakleion and to the airport. All in all - would recommend! 🦋

Cons:

The shower is a bit small for people of bigger dimensions, but there was lovely soap!
