Medusa apartments

Я не поленюсь потратить своё время, чтобы написать всё, что я пережила, находясь в этих апартаментах. При бронировании я изначально просила дать мне спокойный номер, но по приезду обнаружила, что они дали мне номер, выходящий на оживлённую проезжую часть, где непрерывным потоком шёл транспорт, очень много мотоциклов, издающих страшный шум днём и ночью. Прямо под апартаментами был ресторан. Я плотно закрыла ставни и окно состоящее лишь из одного стекла, (там не было двойного стеклопакета) и страшнейший шум проезжей части проникал через это единичное тонкое стекло прямо в комнату 24 часа (ночью тоже проезжал транспорт, хоть и меньше). Если вы попали в выходные в эти апартаменты, то считайте, что вам крупно не повезло. Спать было практически невозможно!!! Было ощущение, что я лежу прямо посреди дороги. Я звонила хозяйке много раз, но трубку никто не поднимал. Я написала ей на емайл с просьбой поменять мне апартаменты, но на мое письмо никто не ответил. Телефонная и любая связь с хозяйкой отсутствует! Она просто прячется от людей и не отвечает, так-как всё знает. Мне пришлось взять одеяло и перейти спать в гостинную, прямо на полу и спать там, как собака на коврике, чтобы избежать шума. Но через дверь тоже проникал шум, который проходил через открытое окно в коридоре. Я закрывала его, но хозяева приходили и вновь открывали его, это происходило много раз. Из трёх ночей я спала очень мало, отдых был испорчен. Хозяева прячутся от людей и не отвечают на звонки и на письма, ключ оставляют в ящичке с кодом.
Худший опыт в моей жизни!

The apartment is in a very busy road. There was no wifi and owner wouldn’t respond for support. We arrived at night, in the middle of a power cut. Apparently these are frequent but there was no torch or candles and no instructions. There was nothing to dry dishes with and we ran out of toilet paper. More responsiveness and attention to detail would make this a much nicer experience.

Very disappointed with communication between the owner. Took more than 24 hs to answer the messages. And the phone call doesn’t accept calls from abroad when you try to call from your phone.
There are no clear indications where the flat is. The address on booking is not the certain one.
I received the code to get into the flat in Greek which I had to translate it. And I asked afterwards if I could leave my luggage at some place or talk to someone to wait my flight for the way back and never received any response.
It’s ok just for a one transit day stay. However if you have problems to breathe not the perfect option since the humidity from the walls is terrible.
The rest of the facilities are already written on the previous bad comments.
I think communication between the customer and owner should be something mandatory.

I booked a 5-night stay but left after 3 nights due to multiple unresolved issues.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly—it would shut off after about 2 minutes each time, making the room very uncomfortable. There was also no reliable hot water. Although an instantaneous water heater was installed, the main switch repeatedly tripped.

The listing photos are misleading, as it is not clear which room is being booked, and the actual room did not meet expectations. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils.

Communication was very disappointing. I sent two messages through Booking and did not receive any response.

Additional issues included a very small shower and old windows that became noisy even with slight wind.

Due to these problems and the lack of response, I decided to leave early. I informed the property and left the keys outside the door upon departure.

Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend this property.

Pas du tout d'eau chaude.

The kitchen was a bit dark, but that is just how the apartment is laid out. Still great :D

There was a very difficult problem with finding the place, the address on the website is not accurate, in the end we received an explanation in "Greek" and we were unable to contact them. A real disappointment !
