Os colaboradores todos impecáveis, a Senhora Linda da recepção muito educada e prestativa, a senhora Ilca da piscina também muito atenciosa e educada, a menina Yasmin também é uma simpatia em pessoa, todos muito educados, atenciosos e felizes .

Cons:

É um hotel que tem uma quantidade de jovens estrangeiros significativa, então o barulho e a falta de educação tanto como, gritos, copos partidos, musica alta e barulhos nos corredores, apos a 22h e na madrugada foi o que mais me incomodou e minha família, acho que tem que ter uma atenção maior com esse tipo de situação.

La piscina

Cons:

La habitación estaba antigua y todo sucio , no había ventiladores ni aire en los cuartos y las ventanas no abrían , y el personal más mal educado del mundo , nos avisaron que había que poner 100€ por persona de fianza, al que respondimos que no nos habían avisado de eso y no llevábamos efectivo, y nos preguntaron cuanto podíamos pagar (algo extraño) no volveré más, ni lo recomiendo a otros pasajeros
