Very well located- lots of restaurants, convenience stores etc within a 5min walk and closest train station (3rd Tianfu station) is about 800m (easy 10mins walk). In terms of location to the main attractions- it was an easy ride North on line 1 then transferring to the other lines where needed. We stayed in room 3328 and our view from the room was amazing. Views of the global centre and the top of the twin towers- most nights we would sit and watch the lights before retiring for the night. The cleaner that came everyday was very friendly, thorough and the daily towels, water bottles and disposable clothes were very welcome and appreciated.
The bed was quite firm and the pillows soft- which for some travellers may be uncomfortable. The room itself is dated, but quite comfortable. When we arrived the kitchen had only 2 glass beer mugs and an electric kettle- but when we asked the host for plates, pots and knives etc they were provided, but seemed to only have a cupboard of mismatched old kitchen wares- so don't expect to have a functional kitchen available. Also on checkin the only option to pay was via scanning the hosts alipay code- which ultimately meant we had to pay the extra fee with purchases on alipay over 200 yuan.
Management was responsive to requests. Lots of food options close by.
The two-bedroom we stayed in was in bad shape. It looked nice at first glance, but upon opening the door, the room smelled of piss and dogs. There was a dead cockroach, and there were pet hairs on the table. The kitchen had no cookware, no utensils and basically an empty kitchen. The staff sent up a pot and some bowls upon request, but they told us we had to buy our own utensils.
The worst part was the condition of the place. The wall was dirty with stains, the bathroom had water leaks on the floor, it's moldy, and there are white hairy stuff growing in the corners of the apartment. We couldn't wait to get out.

Great hotel, the rooms are vey spacious and the beds are massive! Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

It's a very spacious studio apartment with a spectacular view. It's great for a home away from home as it is great value for your money and housekeeping also comes to clean every morning just like in a hotel. Amenities of a hotel at half the cost. It's a great place to stay if you want privacy, a homey vibe and something inexpensive. There are even stores downstairs to get little groceries, there's fast food restaurants close by and it is easy to find.
The outlet for the fridge was very far and kinda of inconvenient. When the fridge was finally able to plug in, it did not get very cold so beware when you're trying to store food overnight. The projector was all in Chinese (a bit difficult to work if you don't speak the language). The electricity cuts off after a few minutes unless you tell the host about it then it only cuts off when you're not there.
