Medical short stay
Pros:

Everything! From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service.
Our apartment was lovely had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

No facewashers in bathrooms and no cleaners under 4 days apart from that nothing!

Modern & clean accommodation- will come again!
Pros:

Modern furniture, spacious, clean facilities, equipped with wash/dryer machine, kitchen facilities and soaps, bathroom amenities (soaps and shampoos smelt nice), receptionists were friendly and heater/AC worked well.

Cons:

Very limited parking inside, limited parking outside and for around $20 you get a very basic breakfast package.

Pros:

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Modern and very clean. The staff were all very lovely and friendly which made me feel safe. Free coffee machine in the foyer for members was a huge bonus and definitely much appreciated.

If you are looking for an apartment/hotel in the area. Punthill is highly recommended. :)
Pros:

I love the coffee machine at the reception area. It is a great idea to have the snack bar there too.
The building seems pretty new, so the facility looks really clean. The vibe is very cozy and classy.

Cons:

Maybe I could say, the air freshener that they're using is too strong. If i may suggest to use more light, fresh, and clean scent instead of perfume like. My friend told me, their toilet brings out some odor, I think that could be fixed. But in general, we were happy about the stay.
