What I disliked the most was the poor quality of the bed and bathroom. In a hotel, the most important things are being able to sleep comfortably and have a clean, functional bathroom, and unfortunately both were below expectations.

The breakfast quality was actually good, with a decent variety of food, but the organization was very poor. When many guests arrived at the same time, the breakfast area became crowded and chaotic, making the experience quite unpleasant.
