Dejligt ophold - skønt personale
Pros:

Fantastisk dejlig hotel med god stemning.
Placering ligger godt i forhold til oplevelser i Colombo

Cons:

Morgenmads restaurant var ikke hyggelig - tydeligt at der var presset ekstra borde ind, så man kunne ikke komme frem og tilbage uden at bede nogen om at rejse sig.

Udvalget er stort - men der er ikke gjort noget ekstra ud af det som på mange andre hoteller i Colombo

The perfect spot in Colombo
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and spacious with a great view out over the pool and lake. We really enjoyed the selection at the breakfast buffet and the staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.

A most wholesome and restorative stay!
Pros:

Location: a laidback home-like grounding old-school comfort and atmosphere in the most prime location. But the biggest compliment goes to the nurturing and accommodating staff that goes the extra mile. I experienced the best of Sri Lankan hospitality and as a family all three of us felt so well attended to.

Pros:

The service and the room. Thank you for the room upgrade. It was delightful with great views. Impeccable service

Cons:

The noise from the bar below carried into the room loud and well far into the night so I was unable to sleep well.

Swelled headed staff
Pros:

Cons:

Staff swelled headed they thinks we came to occupy something they own. No smile on the face. Even at 3pm rooms not ready. They simply don't care our valuable time. All cinnamon hotels are having very written staff. Too slow.

Ok but don’t spend long here.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before and the pool and some of the views are great. Having stayed here 10 years ago it feels that some of the quality has decreased.

Cons:

Front of house staff were quite slow and a bit clueless. There was a wedding on with loud music until 0200. We asked to be moved from 2nd floor to 6th floor because of the noise. The entire library bar was reserved for the event which was frustrating.
