Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

A short but wonderful and comfortable stay
Pros:

The property was very clean and respectable. All staff were very professional and the manager Thandii that checked us in was very charismatic and professional. I definitely recommend this to all everyone wanting a comfortable and wonderful experience in Colombo.

Good Hotel friendly helpful staff and quite value for money
Pros:

Breakfast has plenty options with separate Sri Lankan, Indian and other counters. Wide variety of food and several restaurants like Chinese and Thai. The Hotel is huge with a big swimming pool. The hotel is centrally located with several malls nearby. The views of Lotus tower and lake were amazing

Cons:

All five star hotels in Sri Lanka claim Halal certification, however pork and alcohol were easily available with Halal options.

It was very welcoming and Exceptional.

Cons:

During my stay, there was maintenance works ongoing in the room above my room, couldn't sleep deep over 2 days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Executive club floor looks the best and is better value than other room categories. Lakeside views and pool area with lake views make you feel relaxed as if you’re away from busy city life yet still conveniently located in the heart of Colombo.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Executive club floor looks the best and is better value than other room categories. Lakeside views and pool area with lake views make you feel relaxed as if you’re away from busy city life yet still conveniently located in the heart of Colombo.

Cons:

Buffer breakfast and plenty of food options although feels a little dated and could improve in comparison with what’s offered at other similar five star hotels in the city.
