Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff treated us very rudely and unprofessionally. When we simply asked for a receipt for our payment, they unexpectedly cancelled our reservation and asked us to leave the hotel.

This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests. We have never experienced such poor customer service before.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A localização estava boa.

Cons:

Na reserva estava que era um quarto com varanda, mal tinha janela, era no subsolo, a fresta de janela dava pra rua. O quarto cheirava cigarro e o recepcionista disse que se a gente não tivesse gostado e quisesse mudar, teria um custo a mais.

Super lokalizacja w centrum, pieszo kilka minut do głównych atrakcji. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Zestaw śniadaniowy wystarczający. Taras śniadaniowy na dachu, niestety nie udało nam się skorzystać ze względu na deszczową pogodę.

5 minutes walk to Sultan Ahmed, Hagia Sophia Squares. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. 5 minutes walk to the tram station. Very good location and very affordable price. All amenities, I recommend!
