Disappointing checkout experience due to false minibar charges, despite good management intervention
Pros:

Breakfast was very lean, few items only, but was OK. Reception team and the restaruant team was good.

Cons:

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite from July 5th to August 7th. During checkout, we reported consuming the only item available in the minibar: a single packet of Lays chips. However, Housekeeping Supervisor Ms. Kuku Francis repeatedly insisted the minibar was fully stocked and falsely accused us of consuming extra items. Her argumentative attitude and tone were highly humiliating.

The matter was escalated to Operations Manager Ms. Swapna, who promised to intervene before we left. After waiting over an hour at reception for a resolution, we paid the disputed amount and left. About an hour later, Ms. Swapna called to inform us that CCTV footage confirmed only one item was ever placed in our room. She apologized and promised a full refund.

While we sincerely thank Ms. Swapna and the front desk staff for their intervention, prompt investigation, and support, the stressful and embarrassing ordeal caused by the housekeeping supervisor ruined our stay.

It is a decent stay. The washroom stinks very bad throughout, and unavoidable even withroomfreshener

The bedding, towels, bedsheet do not feel very fresh. They look a bit old.

Rooms are good and clean

Cons:

Staff at reception..even though rooms were available and also requested earlier they didn't allow early check in.. check and check out is very pathetic. They said will send an electronic invoice until now i am yet to receive it. Staff was not helpful in any way and needed to repeat multiple times. If they improve this pathetic service it can be considered as good hotel

Staff behaviour was good.

Cons:

​The room was not properly cleaned; there was a cockroach roaming around, and I even found one inside the complimentary glass provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, I drank water from that exact glass before noticing. This experience was absolutely not worth the money, as staying at this hotel meant compromising our health and hygiene.

Fine stay. Good value. Met expectations
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was excellent. Clean with nice hot shower. The staff were friendly enough and there was ample parking. They had a cheap bar as well, which was a plus.

Cons:

She bedding was slightly dingy. Trying to pay for breakfast outside of the plan was also confusing.
