Cons:

The hotel staff response was very unprofessional and lacked proper knowledge. Without our permission, room service entered the room when we were not available, which is completely unacceptable. They also falsely promised free laundry service, but later charged money for it. The service was not punctual at all, and overall they are simply looting customers’ money. Not recommended, especially for middle-class people looking for honest service and value.
